When does a treaty become irrelevant? Before the ink dries. Priorities change, in an ever changing world. Alliances strengthen or wan, so new treaties to cement an alliance are needed. If the human babies required for sacrifice to Moloch are not available from Mexico because Trump is stopping the traffic on the southern border, or from Brazil because networks like the John of God fraud are being busted, then they must be home grown. It is notable that the new third trimester laws allow a single doctor to declare a mother in mental distress to “abort” a baby even when the mother is in full term labor. Then the baby is “revived” and taken away, and a live birth is never recorded.

Another nexus is the connection to Democratic personalities such as Bill Clinton and Oprah Winfrey, who both promoted John of God. Hillary and Podesta were solidly connected to the Spirit Cooking of the Moloch worshiping crowd. Though such personalities are prosecuted by the Tribunals, they are allowed limited public appearances under guard as Trump’s Junta deems the extent of their crimes too shocking for the public to digest. The prosecution of those involved in human trafficking is in process, despite the support it got from the rich and politically powerful.

What is Musk up to with this latest plan to control Internet access for the entire globe? This was last attempted in September, 2016 when a FaceBook satellite launched by Space X was shot down by UFOs. This was to track migrant groups in Africa, and the Council of Worlds disapproved. It was not the Space X vehicle or the support of Internet access that was the problem, but the plans to track migrants.  In June, 2017 Facebook tried again to track migrants with their Disaster Maps and reaped our predicted true karma when they were exposed during the Cambridge Analytica investigations.

Russia had earlier been chided by the Council for their attempts to track migration, with their satellite launches shot down in 2012, 2013, and 2014. They got the message. Musk is not partnering with Zuckerberg this time, but his plans to offer free WiFi to the world takes a giant leap in scope. All survivor camps, and all migration, would presumably be of record, and Musk absolutely thinks he can prevail. If he is aware of our words in ZetaTalk, he has dismissed them, despite the evidence of UFOs present when launches were shot down.

In the universe of arrogant elite billionaires, a mere 10 billion for 4425 satellites is peanuts. The plan is to overwhelm any interference with numbers. If they lose some, they will have sufficient, is their logic. Musk assumes that having the right partners is key, and hopes that by discarding FaceBook he will be clean enough to get a pass. He is wrong.

How disruptive will this upper atmosphere lightning become? Caused by friction with the charged tail of Nibiru, this will only steadily increase. What is Alberto capturing in his recent photos? If neon clouds are touching down in New York City, causing transformer explosions, and the Lomonosov satellite is capturing explosions in the upper atmosphere, then is the charged tail of Nibiru manifesting a new phenomena close enough to the Earth to clutter Alberto's photos? The Lomonosov explosions are bright light because they touch the Earth's atmosphere where there is sufficient oxygen to burn the gaseous fuel. But further out in space, this fuel is but a potential, a charged clump of the petrolchemicals that are carried in the tail from having been gathered in the Asteroid Belt.

We have mentioned that the oil extracted on Earth is not from dead dinosaurs, but from this oily substance that drops to Earth during a passage of Nibiru, thence seeping into cracks in the ground. There is a lack of oxygen in the vicinity at the time because ground fires have expended the free oxygen. These Lomonosov explosions appear as glowing orbs in Alberto's photos because he is filtering for light in the red spectrum. Where not yet set ablaze, they appear as dark chunks. Just as bolides are increasing, solid debris in the tail of Nibiru screaming to Earth, these Lomonosov explosions will increase, puzzling mankind.

Thus Trump and his Junta must work covertly to protect their country. As we predicted, the US Military is moving their troops back home. The vulnerable border with Central America is being guarded from an influx when flooding starts, forcing these migrants to Mexico and Colombia, as we advised, else a criminal takeover of the US would be tried, fueled by chaos. The ability of each country to sustain itself is paramount, and this includes rebuilding the US Steel industry. Priorities are a strong and skilled workforce, not any sensibilities offended by a return to Coal or development of the Keystone Pipeline.

The arrest and prosecution of the Huawei CFO has more to do with Huawei’s dominance in the 5G world than any US sanctions against Iran. The US has almost zero influence over Huawei, and thus can only compete.
