Recently a team of Russian scientists held a press conference in Switzerland presenting a process to transform unstable radioactive isotopes to stable harmless isotopes with the help of some special kind of bacteria. They claimed that this process could be used to make hazardous nuclear waste harmless. An hour and a half long video of the press conference can be found in YouTube.  Similar method has earlier been suggested by Ukrainian researcher Vladimir Vysotskii and some other researchers. Could the Zetas give a comment about this kind of process and possibilities to use it to make hazardous radioactive waste harmless? The second component of the process are valuable valency metals such as vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, and others. Either of these will do, but we tend to use iron as the least costly element. The third component and a factor in this process, these are bacteria. Usually we use iron and sulphur-reducing bacterial species which we select along a certain list of criteria, such as that the bacteria are active, that they are resistant to radiation, that they are adapted to a heavily salted solution — ore, suspended in water. Now about the technology itself: ore, or nuclear waste (there’s no difference) is processed by bacteria in the presence of valuable valency elements in any closed vessel. The transmutation process kicks off immediately, and proceed stage by stage for two or three weeks until target elements are obtained. But if it is not stopped on time, this process would carry on until stable isotopes are obtained as the end product. What is a nuclear reaction except naturally occurring atoms being forced into a crowded situation so that an explosion results? Hundreds of years ago, during the Dark Ages, man was unaware of subatomic particles and even contemplated whether mice spontaneously emerged from dirty rags. The Earth was flat. Man is aware of what he calls the Periodic Table of Elements only because these elements are stable, and not under constant change. All elements have the same subatomic particles, in various combinations, so can be broken apart and re-assembled.

The process of nuclear decay, whereby radioactive atoms do change into a different atom, is slow only because the crowding has remained. What is required to speed the process is indeed in the hands of man, though mankind has only just started to discover the tools needed. We, the Zetas, can negate the power of an atomic bomb through the addition of a simple chemical liquid, a process Nancy has observed when this was demonstrated to MJ12. Thus, nuclear proliferation no longer exists on man’s Earth, despite the continuing bragging and strutting about of those who would intimidate others.  

My question relates to the 2016 US election. The Zetas have predicted an Obama 3rd term. Is this still possible, given that General Dunford is in charge? Why would Obama even want to continue as "Spokesman"? Presuming Hillary will not make it to Election Day, who fills the void? Bernie? Biden? Will Dunford step into the spotlight? Is there anything that the Zeta's can tell us about General Dunford's plan's now, if it can be done without compromising them? I imagine there was a contingency plan in place in case the investigation did not bear fruit. Though the Zetas have said that Trump would cooperate with Dunford the thought of Trump in the oval office leaves me feeling rather ill at ease. Is he aware of the shift? Is he a contactee? Is his public persona just an incredibly well played role? I still hold out hope that President Obama will be in office when the shift occurs in spite of his failure to inform the public. I would rather have a good man with human failings in charge of the nation than a fearless one who's interests are selfish. Only a very small number of the e-mails containing classified information bore markings indicating the presence of classified information. But even if information is not marked “classified” in an e-mail, participants who know or should know that the subject matter is classified are still obligated to protect it. Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. What is to be made of Comey’s statements on July 5th, declining to recommend prosecution of Hillary over her homebrew email server setup? Notably missing during his very detailed explanation of the FBI process in this matter was any mention of the Clinton Foundation, which is under investigation for Public Corruption, a situation where a public official sells public assets for personal gain. There are two investigations that emerged as a result of the FBI confiscation of email scraps and deleted email on Hillary’s homebrew server. Only the server setup was addressed on July 5th by Comey.

As Comey noted, Hillary and her staff were “extremely careless” in their handling of state secrets on email, but hard proof of intent to break the law was lacking. Historically, the vast majority of such cases are not successfully prosecuted. Thus, his recommendation. We have stated that Hillary was offered a plea deal on June 22nd when she was in Washington DC.  Comey had obviously decided not to recommend indictment by that time, so why the offer of a plea deal? This shows that the big deal was not the server setup, but Public Corruption.

A second clue is Bill Clinton’s distress, his obvious attempt to delay any prosecution of the Clinton Foundation by suddenly boarding Lynch’s plane in Phoenix. He sought to publicly discredit Lynch’s integrity and in doing so, to force Lynch to assign an Independent Prosecutor, causing months of delays and allowing Hillary time to gain the White House. The Clinton Foundation is Bill’s playground, while the White House is Hillary’s ambition. Bill is not particularly interested in being First Gentleman, at Hillary’s service. If the Clinton Foundation was sued under the RICO act, the Clinton’s would likewise be thrown into relative poverty.  

A third clue is the decision to delay release of Clinton Foundation related emails for 27 months. This request came from the Justice Department, indicating the emails were related to an ongoing case before them. FBI deliberations are secret. Grand Jury proceedings are secret. And certainly evidence to be used at trial is not going to be thrown to the public so the defense can argue their case in the media. Clinton Foundation crimes include Teneo Holdings, where Huma was allowed to double dip on a salary, Saudi grants received from the State Department in return for hefty speaking fees for Bill, Hillary’s odd two year delay in designating Boko Haram as a terrorist organization while funds flowed into the Foundation coffers, selling US uranium rights to a Russian firm in exchange for donations,  and placing the unqualified Foundation donor Rajiv Fernando on State’s International Security Advisory Board.

We have outlined various scenarios for the 2016 elections. One was where Obama might be in place for a Third Term. This was a possibility in mid-2015 when Jade Helm was in place and the plan was for Obama to announce the presence of Nibiru, thus potentially throwing the public into panic. Then Obama lacked courage. It is still possible for the multi-pronged announcement approach in process to create panic, but it seems the public accepts these prongs without panic. Then there is the possibility of the Earth changes creating so much devastation in the US that the 2016 elections might be deferred. The New Madrid is certainly warming up, but there is scant time left for that degree of devastation to hit.

What then was the plea deal offered to Hillary, and how might that play out? If it is confusing to the public to see both Obama and Biden out on the campaign trail with Hillary, consider that this is allowing Hillary to leave on a high note, due to health concerns, perhaps. It is also putting both Obama and Biden in the spotlight, to remind the public that they are both available. Dunford will not allow Hillary to gain the White House. He has numerous moves at his disposal, but this is a private matter for General Dunford and not for us to throw out on print to allay the public’s curiosity. Stay tuned, as this game is in play.

There is some news regards Planet Nine. In one of the articles it says "Planet Nine might be uncovered by the end of the summer". Planet X is also mentioned.  Is Prong 3 about happen? Could the announcement happen by the end of the summer? Can the Zetas comment? At the Paris Observatory in France, a team working under Professor Jacques Laskar is attempting to calculate Planet 9’s position and then turn their instruments to viewing it. The collaboration is composed of research institutions and universities from the United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland.

The Cast of Characters for Prong 1, which pointed to a gravity object out in the direction of Orion, and suggested this might have moved to be in the direction of the constellation Cetus, was small - Caltech astronomers Batygin and Brown, and retired Louisiana astronomer Whitmire, and NASA scientists working on the Cassini probe. Terms like Planet X, Nibiru, and extinction level events were used. These brave souls were facing decades of a cover-up over what the IRAS balloon found out in the direction of Orion in 1983, knowing that the cover-up over Nibiru all these decades has resulted in death to hundreds of individuals who tried to inform the public.

In that this Prong 1 Cast of Characters survived, in physical health and with their careers intact, more brave souls were added for Prong 2. The ESO’s observatory in Chile had discovered nearby exoplanets previously overlooked by WISE and Hubble and Kepler, and suggested that exoplanets might be in the neighborhood.  Freelance astronomers Carlos and Raul de la Marcos in Madrid suggested that what is being called Planet 9 might be several objects. The concept of the Sun having a binary was raised by Mustill at Lund U in Sweden. The Cast of Characters for Prong 2 had moved from the safety of the US to Europe, and was going strong.

Now we are being introduced to the Cast of Characters for Prong 3. The cast has grown, as courage to participate has grown. The public has not devolved into panic and riot, wailing that the End of the World was upon them. This despite the fact that Nibiru is clearly visible in webcams and frequently causing Second Sun sightings. The Internet is abuzz with Nibiru terminology, and discussions about an Earth wobble with the Sun out of place have also become common place. Prong 3 will raise the issue of whether that fuzzy orb at the 4 o’clock position to the Sun, in Cetus, is so close in as to be within the orbit of Venus.  

The Cast of Characters for Prong 3 will include, astronomer Aarseth of Cambridge U in the UK, astronomer Trujillo at the Hawaii observatory, astronomer Malhotra at the U of Arizona,  astronomer Sheppard at Carnegie in DC, and professor Laskar at the Paris observatory. The primary player in this Cast of Characters is the Dark Energy Survey (DES), which is eminently international with collaboration from the US, Brazil, and several European countries, and located in Chile where the ESO resides. DES scans will be searched for exoplanet evidence, going back for years. This can be expected, ultimately, to find one in particular, which will eventually be termed Nibiru, that arrived in 2003 and moved to its present location near the Sun. Prong 3 is being born.
