Planet X: BRIGHTER Overall

Where in imaging sessions a month to six weeks earlier (on Sep 21, Oct 4,
and Oct 11) the White and Red light personas showed up visually on only
a few frames (though coming through on the Summary of the frames,
showing it not to be noise), for the Nov 11 images, it showed up
consistently on ALL FRAMES.  As before, these personas do not show up on
the comparison DSS chart.

J. William Dell found, per the pixtel analysis, that Planet X had not
only gotten larger, but BRIGHTER.

    For the White Light persona only, and looking at pixel
    tests for all 4 dates for the percentage above background.
    I only used one from Sept 21, Oct 4, Oct 11, and used an
    average from Frames 7,13,16 for Nov 11 2002. In summary
    for White Light persona::
        Sep 21 2002 = 115 %
        Oct  4 2002 = 114 %
        Oct 11 2002 = 115 %
        Nov 11 2002 = 133 %
    We have a very much brighter object in the White Light
    persona of Planet X!

    For the Red light persona only, the problem is the number
    of flaring red images on the earlier sets of images. I found
    one frame on the Oct 4th images that I felt was only a slight
    flaring and have included it. Nov 11 images have 7 frames
    with good pixel test results. When averaged the % over
    background is 155 % as compared to 143 % in Oct 4th image.
        Oct  4 2002 = 143%
        Nov 11 2002 = 155%
    It does indicate increasing brightness.
