At least some of the malicious traffic was coming from connected devices, including webcams and digital video recorders, that had been infected with control software named Mirai. Security researchers have previously raised concerns that such connected devices, sometimes referred to as the Internet of Things, lack proper security. The attackers took advantage of traffic-routing services such as those offered by Alphabet Inc's Google and Cisco Systems Inc's OpenDNS to make it difficult for Dyn to root out bad traffic without also interfering with legitimate inquiries. First denial of service (DDoS) attack mostly affected the east coast of the US. A second attack appeared to be centered on UK servers. Attacks were underway on servers across the globe, with the west coast being particularly badly hit. This includes everything from a standard computer to cellphones to Google Home to video cameras. In fact, the Prodigo Espresso maker relies on Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Therefore, a fancy coffee maker could have been partially responsible for putting a pause on Spotify.

On the face of it, the DDOS attack looked like retaliation for John Kerry and the Hillary campaign forcing Ecuador to cut Assange’s Internet, but there is far more to this picture. Since the agent being used, a virus called Mirai, long since incorporated into a massive number of devices, will never be eliminated. Where this is estimated to be hundreds of thousands of devices such as webcams and coffee makers, infections tend to spread and the actual number of attack agents cannot be known. Nor is this likely to be the last virus laying in wait. Who did this, and why?

The Clinton campaign uses many techniques to conduct election fraud, which was done extensively to steal the Primary from Sanders. Except for caucus states, where Sanders fans double checked the counts, and except for Michigan where the fraud setup failed Hillary, all states were fraudulently stolen for Hillary. The public is familiar with the Diebold paperless system that allowed Bush to “win” in 2000 and 2004. Few states, notably Pennsylvania, still run with that hapless system. In the main, totals were changed by laptop computers in a parking lot nearby, using wifi to swap the totals, and this could never be verified as no paper trail existed.

But even where backed up by paper ballots, slid into a scanning machine with the totals tallied and sent to a central site in the county or state, electronics is used. There is no guard against wifi swapping of totals. The totals are also sent in via phone calls or even email. These can be intercepted and the totals swapped. A state database can be accessed so the totals can be swapped. Unless an audit is done to compare all paper ballots to the results, this would not be provable, and such audits occur long after the election and only upon court order.

Stopping the Clinton crime family from stealing this election could occur by many means, as we have detailed in the recent past. Hillary could be forced to drop out due to health, but this would be because her crime family wants to take the heat off, to reduce Dunford’s prosecution of the Clinton Foundation crimes. Or her crime family could kill her. Or Obama could defer the elections for any number of reason, such as concerns about hacked voter databases and interference by “Russia” or another party, or even because evidence of treason by Hillary has come to light.

The Council of Worlds likewise could step in, and some of the options for this forced delay of the 2016 elections include a severe wobble, a massive New Madrid rupture, EMP attacks caused by Nibiru and primarily affecting the East Coast of the US, or undeniable evidence of Nibiru suddenly available to the public so there is mass panic in the citizenry. If the citizens cannot get to the voting booths, because roads are torn up or blocked, then the vote cannot be conducted. Soros and other Clinton crime buddies have suggested Internet voting as an alternative. The DDOS attack, done by the many human teams working with the Council of Worlds, was to demonstrate that this route is also not secure.

I got 2 EQ Notification this Morning (QuakeFeed - iPhone App). Both were strong and both were located in Kurayoshi / Japan. After Checking if it is south of Japan, there was one deleted. I checked several sources and everywhere the same. The Big One, which USGS is also showing, is mentioned as a M6.2. We all know that they all try to hide EQ´s and don´t show the real Magnitude. Well, this are 3 Big Earthquakes, all in the south of Japan and all are with certainty higher than presented. A quick check of the maps for recent quakes afflicting Japan show that in even a single day -  October 21 – there were significant quakes in all parts of Japan - from the Kuril Island in the North to the Bonin Islands in the South. What is also significant is that the borders of the Philippine Plate and Mariana Plate to the south, precursor 7 of 10 plate movements, are also covered in quakes. Given that the USGS has been dumbing down the magnitude of quakes to be 2 or more points less than their real magnitude, these could all be considered to be in the magnitude 7-8 range.  

Tracking the 7 of 10 plate movements has been complicated by the Council of Worlds decision to slow this stage of the Pole Shift scenario down with the humming black boxes along plate borders and fault lines. This did not change the overall schedule, as the 8 of 10 was allowed to begin and overlap with the 7 of 10. The impact on S America and Japan is that quakes are of a smaller magnitude than would have occurred before the Council’s edict. This is also true for the New Madrid adjustment and any European tsunami that would result. All have been softened and reduced, though the ultimate outcome will be the same.

Are we seeing the Japan quakes that we have predicted would lead to the New Madrid adjustment in America? Yes. But the time frame for this New Madrid adjustment cannot be surmised. Where the sinking of the Sunda Plate under Indonesia has essentially completed, and the S American Roll is nearing completion, the Africa Roll is hardly begun. The African Roll can be assumed to roll in step with the completion of the S American Roll and the ripping of the New Madrid. There will be overlap in the 7 of 10 movements, rather than a sequence of events as first predicted.

With Hillary Clinton’s US presidential campaign Chairman John Podesta having longstanding ties to the Russian mafia and money laundering, this report continues, the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) maintains “complete/all times/all ways” surveillance of him and his criminal associates—including both Hillary Clinton and her husband. A highly classified SVR amendment to this MoF report states that upon Qatar receiving Hillary Clinton’s $1.8 billion earlier today, one of that sheikdoms royal places was “ordered emptied” in preparation for the “early November arrival” of a “high value” dignitary—Hillary Clinton perhaps?

On the face of it, this looks like Hillary expects to lose the election and is fleeing the country before Trump could prosecute her or seize the Foundation assets. The threat of prosecution by Dunford has been hanging over the Clinton Foundation, a parallel investigation done in concert with the investigation into classified documents on the homebrew server setup by the Clintons. Pay to Play, or Quid pro Quo, was documented on the emails that had been deleted by Hillary. The FBI recovered these from a backup server, and from other sources, and it was a bonanza.

Where Obama seems to be backing Hillary, he is role playing so that if another Democrat replaces Hillary, or if he himself continues for a Third Term, the American public will not see him as a traitor to the Democratic Party. Meanwhile, Dunford has pressed forward with prosecution of the Clinton Foundation, with all its tentacles into money laundering. Dunford offered Hillary a plea bargain – no prosecution if she drops out of the race – but Hillary is going for the Gold hoping the rigged polls and planned election fraud will intimidate Dunford. She is wrong.

The polls have been massively skewed to show Hillary winning, but as can be seen by the crowds Trump draws this is not the case. Major media outlets like CNN and NBC are so controlled by the Clinton crime family that they dare not mention her health or crimes. This is the setup meant to sweep Hillary into the White House. The public is to assume that she won, when the mechanism for election fraud in all states is firmly in place. Why should the Clinton crime family then fear Dunford’s threats or a win by Trump? This financial transfer of $1.8 billion to Qatar was due to their inability to stop Wikileaks. Assange escaped, and the Wikileaks continues apace.  

The Clintons fear their control over this process unraveling. The breaks could come from many directions. Their ability to intimidate the pollsters and the media come from the expectations that Hillary will march to the Oval Office, unstoppable. It is an old and true adage that when a King or a bully falters, those they have mistreated turn on them for savage revenge. The reins of power fray quickly. This could be started by a seizure or heart fibrillation in public, so rescuing Hillary is seen by many and the big lie is revealed. If she and the media lied about this, what else? Or it could be a crime so flagrant and damaging to the American public safety and wellbeing, revealed by Wikileaks, that there is a ground swell on the Internet.

The campaign has also heard the rumors about a delay in the 2016 election. At base, this is the ZetaTalk prediction. In that the Clinton campaign is highly Service-to-Self, they are not aware of what the Council might be planning, and discount this prediction. But on the chance that a 2016 delay might occur, for any reason, they are issuing disinformation on the Internet saying that a delay would be to keep Trump from winning. This would presumably allow Hillary to return to her power grab at a later point. The DDOS blackout for hundreds of popular websites done recently to counter any Soros suggestion for the 2016 election to be conducted over the Internet has rattled the Clinton camp.   

The transfer of $1.8 billion to Qatar was done to assure an escape route for the Clintons should matters go terribly wrong in the US. JP Morgan, their US bank, would certainly be subject to the seizure of funds by Dunford. It is not fear of Trump winning, as he could not demand prosecution until January, 2017. Qatar has no extradition agreement with the US. Hillary may be in a staring contest with Dunford, daring him to prosecute her and the Foundation, but she is not confident of the outcome. If the 2016 election is delayed, her ability to demand cooperation from the US media and pollsters has melted away. Thus, they are prepared to flee!

Matt Drudge recently tweeted pictures of Hillary Clinton with unusual swelling on her right cheek. Can the Zetas reveal what caused this swelling? Hillary incurred a broken cheekbone, the Zygomatic, during her 6 day drug holiday prior to the 3rd debate. During these days when she is removed from the MS and Parkinson drugs, so they can be fully effective when she returns to them, she is literally in a coma. Should she awaken in a daze and move about, her MS would have returned as well as her Parkinson’s. Unsteady on her feet, and prone to seizures at these moments, she thrashed about and bumped her face. The bruising mended during her 6 day absence, so this was not noticeable except for a Zygomatic bone protrusion during the debate. It stuck out just above the jawbone.

Fearing the shattered cheekbone would drift further and be questioned by the public, the campaign had microsurgery performed just prior to her campaign appearances on October 24th. This surgery does not leave an incision, as it is done through the scalp, under the skin, and involves attaching a titanium chain to both the cheekbone and the jawbone. That the cheekbone is being pushed UP can be seen in photos on October 24th, with the top part of the bone now bulging out at her temple. In that Drudge brought so much attention to this surgery with a front page photo and article, the campaign removed the titanium chain, and Hillary went back to having a bulge just above her jawbone.

WikiLeaks emails: Clinton aide says Obama had emails from Clinton's. Obama knew and lied about it on a CBS news interview. The State Department said that it had withheld eight email chains that added up to 18 messages between the president and Clinton. They will remain confidential under the Presidential Communications privilege.

The facts are damming. Obama’s selection of Hillary as his Secretary of State in 2009 reflects on his judgement. Did he know she was conducting a quid pro quo arrangements with various countries around the world, wherein they would dump hundreds of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation in exchange for grants or favorable decisions from the Secretary of State? This was, as they say, an open secret. As was the fact that the Clinton’s pocketed over 90% of the Foundation’s take for their personal use.

Politicians often find they must walk through a mine field in order to achieve their goals. That pork barrel deals are made in Congress to get laws passed is also no secret. It is documented as amendments to the law that eventually gets passed. Hillary was placated by her assignment  to be Secretary of State, and it was her various health problems that sidelined her in 2012. Unable to run against Obama in 2012 due to health, the Clinton criminal family plotted an overwhelming win in 2016, using extensive election fraud and intimidation of the media.

On its face, it appears that Obama lied to CBS in their March interview, saying he was unaware of Hillary’s homebrew server. The world will never know the truth, as a busy President who sees most of the correspondents on the email having a .gov address could be expected to overlook every detail. It is also possible that he noted a private email for Hillary, but was unaware of the extent of her email manipulation or her treatment of classified info. It is also clear that Obama never expected Wikileaks to reveal all. Did Obama know, and was he lying? Only Obama knows for sure.

By being intensely interested in the subject, he became fascinated by it, allowing himself to imagine the control these evil-seeking humans might achieve.

Thus he HIMSELF gave The Call to the Service-to-Self, who are known to leave those who have called them feeling creepy and ill at ease. They did not threaten him, but he became paranoid. He assumed his feelings were due to his investigations. Thus he was given all manner of herbal concoctions meant to chase away the demons, and these concoctions killed him. Of course this will not be the story passed around on the Internet, by a public continually fascinated by black magic.

This is a valid video, and indeed a UFO disbursing chemtrails. This demonstration was done for several reasons. One was to register support for the public who had been furious about having their view of Nibiru blocked, lo these many years. The second was to show the public that the chemtrail haze could be disbursed in an instant by UFOs. The Council of Worlds wants the public to be aware of the presence of Nibiru, and the pending passage, so they can make their spiritual choices, take action, prior to potentially dying in the Pole Shift. What would worldwide visibility of Nibiru bring, if suddenly made possible?
