Is this earthquake the start of what the Zetas' prediction "For the 7 of 10 events, Japan must experience a series of quakes, starting on the South Island and then proceeding to the North Island. " The epicenter of this earthquake is on the active fault line that go through the center of Japan. What is surprising and unusual in this latest spate of earthquakes around the Pacific Rim is not their magnitude, not their location, but their synergy. They all seem to be related, the domino effect we have long described and predicted in 1999. Nancy was able to document the domino effect in 2002. The increased magnitude of quakes has forced this into the news. In keeping with giving the faint hearted among the populace an excuse for the Earth changes, other than the approach of Nibiru, seismologists are excusing the uptick in quakes by claiming that these domino quakes are NORMAL, the result of plates being destabilized so they must adjust.

Desperate attempts by the establishment to explain the Earth changes, such as an Earth wobble caused by melting ice in the Arctic, will fail to convince those among the populace who have eyes to see, as the Nibiru complex has also become increasingly visible in the skies. Of course aftershock emerge after a major quake, but aftershocks do not result in quakes along plates half way around the world! This is the 7 of 10, after being softened and delayed by the Council of Worlds, re-emerging. The Sunda Plate completes its sinking, the Philippine Plate completes its tilting, and the S American Roll picks up the pace.

What caused foam to appear in the center of an earthquake ravaged city in Japan? The citizens reported what felt like continuous shaking, which indicates the land along the fault line there was still moving, adjusting. This action is similar to how an omelet is made, by whipping an egg until it is fluffy. The organic compounds in the egg cling to each other, trapping air into bubbles in the omelet. What is the substance under Fukuoka that is similar to egg in an omelet? Rain regularly washes the streets, cleaning them of anything that has been spilled.

Sewers under most older cities combine sewage and rainwater in many places, so that organic compounds can accumulate in the pipes below the city, open to the streets above. Rainwater washing the streets can also include urine from those who have relieved themselves. Public toilets are available in Japan, but not everyone waits patiently. Thus organic compounds are attacked by bacteria and yeast and other natural processes, creating slime which can whip into foam.  Such foam appears along sea shores, and has appeared inland due to runoff from manure.   

The White House signaled Obama to veto legislation to allow Americans to sue the Saudi government for any role officials played in the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks. Is the one of the reason why Obama couldn't have the courage to make his announcement, to connect to Saudi's? Or is this just from General Dunford because of economy or the reason which we should not know? Could Zetas tell us about this if they think ok to tell us. Last week there were corporate propaganda media reports that Saudi Arabia would sell off hundreds of billions of dollars’ worth of its US assets and treasury bonds if the US government released the 28 secret pages of the 911 report or if it allowed families of victims of 911 to sue Saudi Arabia. However, Saudi Arabia does not have that choice and instead will find out that its US holdings have already been confiscated. Even with Turkish and Israeli help the US and Russia could crush them like bugs if they object to such a confiscation. In fact, according to Pentagon sources, President Obama will be visiting Saudi Arabia this week to read them the riot act and force them to stop their trouble making around the world.

Saudi Arabia was in the news recently fussing over the release of 28 pages in the US which detail Saudi involvement in 911. It is stressed by those who are aware of the 28 page contents that only rogue elements in the Saudi family were responsible, and Obama is threatening to veto any legislation from Congress that would allow the Saudis as a sovereign government to be sued. Meanwhile it is being reported that the Saudis are threatening to sell their assets in the US if this all comes about, so that lawsuits in the US cannot confiscate their assets. Is there more to this picture, behind the scenes?

911 of course was an inside job. This is all well documented, the Bush family having their criminal son Neil Bush given charge of security in the Towers just ahead of 911, and Cheney in the White House basement directing the activities so that the US air defense system would not counter the operation before it could be completed. Would the 28 pages reveal this? They would raise more question than they would settle, and the question before General Dunford is whether they want to throw this toad into the stew the US public will be forced to eat, or whether a continuing cover-up is preferable.

Then there is the issue of the war in the Middle East. The supposed US allies – Turkey, Israel, and the Saudis – are all supporting ISIS, forcing the US in the past to look the other way because of treaties and alliances on the books. As soon as Dunford took command in late September, 2015 this changed, as he allowed Russia to engage without US opposition, and the cleanup has begun. Russia is positioned to push back against Turkey over their continuing attacks against the Kurds, and the Saudis are being advised to become passive while their allies are decimated. In seeking to quiet Syria and allow the refugees to return home, creating turmoil over 911 and encouraging lawsuits is not helpful.

Then there is the issue of the stolen Gold from Fort Knox. As we have confirmed, both the Bush and Clinton families were complicit in the theft of Gold, not by their hand directly but by ensuring that detection and prosecution did not occur. Theft of monies from the public has also been allowed and forgiven. For instance, the lack of prosecution over the criminal mortgage derivatives leading to the 2008 crash, which happened under the Bush administration.  The pressure on Wall Street by Sanders and Elizabeth Warren at this time is not by accident. Justice is in process.

Ben Fulford, who provides the public with the blow by blow progress behind the scenes on returning stolen Gold to its rightful owners, has another view on the Saudis, stating that they too have been involved in financial crimes, and that their US assets have already been confiscated. The pubic is privy to little of this wrangling, the wheels of justice moving behind the scenes, and can only see the results when it breaks into the public eye. This occurred when control of the Federal Reserve Board was returned to the US government. Justice is in process on many fronts.

NASA feed 'goes down' as U-shaped object appears on cam... This link came off the Drudge Report page. Conspiracy theorists are having a field day over the sighting of the strange U-shaped object hovering on the horizon of the International Space Station. They claim NASA 'cut the live feed' after the glowing blue object flew too close to the space station. In response a spokesperson said: "Reflections from station windows, the spacecraft structure itself or lights from Earth commonly appear as artefacts in photos and videos from the orbiting laboratory."

Of course this is yet another captures of a UFO on the live feed from the ISS. If this were just a reflection in the window from activity within the ISS, why cut the feed? Cutting the feed raises questions, whereas explaining the reflection would prove NASA’s point. We have stated that Disclosure of the alien presence will never be done by official routes, as there is too much resistance among the guilty and those fearful that mankind could not handle the truth. Thus the Council of Worlds pushes the truth by these means. The common man, seeing NASA squirming about for an explanation, sees what is obvious.

What was this U-shaped object on the horizon? It was obviously huge, and was positioned to appear on the horizon in the view from the ISS so as to sneak into the live feed, which is captured by many in the public and thus not easily wiped away. This is of course a mothership, cloaked normally so as not to be seen from those down on Earth’s surface. Cloaking, as we have explained, is done by bending light rays, thus the mothership seems to morph and fade at times. The cloaking, in the direction of view from the ISS, was dropped deliberately for this Disclosure episode. More will follow! 

On January 20, 2015 Planet 9 hit the news, what the Zetas described as a “prong”. At that time there was no clear indication where they had located Planet 9. Wikipedia posted a diagram showing that the aphelion, the farthest point from the Sun, was along the lower bow of Orion, which is where the Zetas stated the IRAS team had located Nibiru in 1983. Then we had another media blitz starting on March 28 and continuing, associating Planet 9 with Nibiru, extinction level events, Planet X, and habitable Brown Dwarfs. Now on April 20 the concept of Planet X currently being in the direction of the constellation Cetus, which incidentally lies at the 4 o’clock position to the Sun! Can this be a coincidence? Are they getting ready to claim all the Second Sun sightings are due to this Planet 9 being visible, way out in space? Would this fly, and would this be considered a second prong?

Based on their analysis, the researchers suggest the ninth planet may be toward the constellation of Cetus, in a small area of the sky that makes up just 20 degrees in radius. And, researchers with the Dark Energy Survey are coincidentally investigating this zone as well.

How convenient that the direction currently claimed for Planet 9, in the constellation Cetus, lies at the 4 o’clock position to the Sun, which we have been stating for a decade is where those wanting to view Nibiru from the populous Northern Hemisphere should look. Cetus is close to the Sun per star charts for April 20, lying both at sunrise and sunset at the 4 o’clock position to the Sun. Thus for the immediate future this explanation for Second Sun sightings might fit. But there are inherent contradictions in this explanation, and the lie would soon be exposed.  

In 1983 when the sighting of Nibiru by the IRAS team hit the front page of the Washington Post, it was stated that the object lay on the western edge of the constellation Orion. Astronomer Whitmire, who discovered Planet 9, states his assumption that the orbital period for Planet 9 is 27 million years. Astronomer Brown has an assumption that the orbital period is 15 thousand years.  How did Planet 9 travel the distance from Orion to Cetus then, in just a few decades, a mere 33 years, between 1983 and 2016?

Then there is the matter of brightness, with the Second Sun sightings casting dual reflections on the water in photo after photo from around the world. And even, when supposedly so far out from the solar system, being captured by amateur cameras and webcams that must use a zoom to even see the giant planet Jupiter? And what to make of the undeniable and photographically captured Second Sun sightings that occurred over a decade ago? None of this fits with the suggestion that Planet 9, at a distance, might be responsible for the Second Sun sightings.

Is this emphasis on Planet 9 being in Cetus another prong, in disguise? If one is leading a supposedly ignorant and vulnerable public to a complicated truth, conventional wisdom is that steps and stages are best. Yes, grandma is dying of cancer, but first grandma must be tired, then sick, then perhaps grandma is sleeping, and finally grandma is in Heaven. The Planet 9 prong re-introduced concepts, long suppressed, into the public eye – Planet X, Brown Dwarf, Nibiru, Sumerian, extinction level events.

The Planet 9 prong also presented the cover story that astronomers do not always agree, nor are they always wise and knowledgeable.  They argue. They grope. And through all this ZetaTalk will stand like a beacon. Second Sun sightings, long a staple of ZetaTalk, are now a step away from being featured in popular media. Won’t someone else just grab the stage and make claims, as has been tried so many times in the past? We have stated that the Council of Worlds war with the media and the elite has been won. The Council of Worlds wants Nancy in the media. The war has been won, and to the victor go the spoils.
