On the 4th of July, Kerrville, TX burst into the news with horrific Flash Flooding reports. Weather reports predicted 3-5” of rain but 50” dropped within the span of an hour in the dead of night. The Guadalupe River rose 26 feet in 45 minutes, sweeping away cabins and RV campers. Kerrville was known as Flash Flood Alley and such floods had happened in the past, but an early warning system was not installed.

Areas around the Guadalupe River have long been hazardous for flash flooding, owing to the rugged terrain and the river’s non-absorbent limestone bed, a local meteorologist based in Kerrville, Texas, told CNN. “This is a historically flood-prone region … this is ‘flash flood alley,’ and in the National Weather Service has appropriately so named this region as a flood-prone area for many, many years,” said meteorologist Cary Burgess. Speaking with CNN’s Brian Abel, Burgess noted how the massive flooding in Texas Hill Country has been especially devastating in Kerrville, with “more fatalities than we’ve ever had before in these flooding events.”

ZetaTalk Confirmation 7/4/2025: Early in the ZetaTalk Saga we explicitly lectured on the danger of tidal bore, where water on the move will climb to an astonishing degree when it has nowhere else to go to escape the water pressure driving it. This is true along coastlines dealing with a tsunami rush such as the 2004 Aceh tsunami or inland along ravines such as occurred during Hurricane Helene in N Carolina in 2024. When the terrain encapsulates a rush of water so it has only one way to go, tidal bore can and does occur.

Due to the Daily Earth Wobble increasing in its scope and violence, tidal bore dangers are on the increase. Tornadoes and hurricane force winds are now occurring in places never before experiencing them. Kerrville had more rain than forecast, as the weathermen have not adapted to forecasting during a wobble. Assume the worst and put safety as the first priority. Beaches may be idyllic and water sports part of vacation fun, but the times are changing.

ZetaTalk has warned from the start about the dangers of tidal bore or a sudden rise in water. The Daily Earth Wobble which began in 2004 after Nibiru entered the inner Solar System has a hand in this, slinging the globe to and fro so sloshing occurs. And where is that water to go, sloshing in from the Atlantic, when it arrives at Finland? It would bore inland, as it has nowhere else to go. Tidal bore is water on the move as the pressure behind it is unrelenting, as the Zetas explained at the start of the ZetaTalk saga. During the Pole Shift tides, or tides accompanying a severe wobble, tidal bore should be expected.

In the Safe Locations pages, the Zetas stress tidal bore up to 3,000 feet as Guadalajara’s greatest worry during the Pole Shift. Tidal bore can and does climb 3,000 feet when the pressure is sufficient. This will be Guadalajara’s horror for the unprepared. The Zetas have advised that the flood tide during the hour of the pole shift will be up to be 500 foot, with an additional 100 foot in height where tidal bore is expected due to the shape of the land. One must be 100 miles inland and 200 feet up for a 500-600 foot high tide.

ZetaTalk Warning 6/1/1999: Those who have witnessed tidal bore roaring up a ravine are astonished that water does not seem to respect the relative sea level during those times. What makes the water climb? Water pressure drives water to climb above its level because at the point where the pressure build, it takes the easiest path. When the force of pressure is extreme, compressing the water at lower levels, the path of least resistance is taken. During a tidal wave, this path is away from the bulk of water. A tidal wave moves inland until one of two situations occurs: the level to which it has climbed is higher than the level elsewhere, and the wave recedes, or the pressure behind the wave decreases.

Where tidal waves meet mountains, this can result in tidal bore up ravines. Where tidal waves flow inland, this results in a flood tide going hundreds of miles inland. Where the tidal wave finds foot hills or barriers, the force of the wave is broken such that it is slowed, allowing a reduction in pressure behind the wave to arrive before the wave moves far inland. But where the tidal wave finds virtually no barriers, due to the land being flat, it becomes water on the move, and this very momentum carries it far inland, and above a height that would otherwise be expected.

In addition to sloshing from the Daily Earth Wobble, there are sudden rainstorms caused by drooping land. Stretched land will drop, and the sudden loss of elevation creates a low air pressure region above the droop, inciting a sudden local thunderstorm. The New Madrid Fault Line is bereft with these regions at present because as the sides of the Fault Line pull apart, there is no support for the land on either side. Thus, the Fault Line and both sides droop.

ZetaTalk Prediction 6/18/2011: The land to the west of the Mississippi will drop so that the Mississippi will become 50 miles wide in the state of Mississippi.

ZetaTalk Prediction 2010: The New Madrid adjustment is most devastating to land to the west of the Mississippi, which will drop slightly in elevation along the river and slide to the SW.

This was apparent when the I-35 bridge crossing the Mississippi River snapped in 2007 and then the I-40 bridge crossing the Mississippi at Memphis snapped in 2021.

On August 3, 2007 the I-35 bridge over the Mississippi River to Minneapolis snapped, dramatically. The NTSB reported that the Wisconsin side of the bridge had shifted 50 feet to the East during the snap, showing the stress the I-35 had been under preceding the snap.  Residents noted symptoms of Earth movement, methane smells associated with rock layers pulling apart, algae blooms on the methane released under water, and a vibration! On May 12, 2021 the bridge to Memphis was closed due to a snap. The ZetaTalk conclusion was that the West side of the Mississippi had dropped, putting stress on the truss.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 5/31/2021: It is no coincidence that the I-40 was forced to close just 3 days after the Colonia Pipeline was forced to close. We predicted that the New Madrid Fault Line would start unzipping in the Gulf, near New Orleans, and thence proceed up the Mississippi. The Junta closely monitors the angle of alignment of both banks of the Mississippi to determine motion, and noted a torque or twist. The metal and concrete in bridges and pipelines cannot tolerate this before snapping or leaking, thus the Colonial was closed where it crosses at Alabama. Not 3 days later the I-40 at Memphis and Arkansas was cracking. This process will not abate.

As the Mainland Portion is moving to the SW during the New Madrid Separation, drooping from the stretch occurs. This certainly was the cause of the Kerrville droop, as the GeoElectric screech map and Methane map and Air Pressure map showed. Now in addition to Kerrville we have Flash Flooding from drooping in New Mexico and Oklahoma and even Chicago. The drooping land is following the Fault line to where it turns to run under the Seaway at the Chicago Bend. Military surveillance planes are watching closely.

Three people died in a mountain village in southern New Mexico that is a popular summer retreat after monsoon rains triggered flash flooding Tuesday that was so intense an entire house was swept downstream. "The victims were swept downstream by the unprecedented floodwaters that struck the area". The fatalities included an adult man, a 4-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy, according to the release.

The NBC 5 Storm Team warned that rain was falling at a rate of approximately six inches per hour in the affected areas, with the slow-moving storm overwhelming drainage systems and low-lying areas. The National Weather Service sent an alert just after 10 p.m. warning residents "not to attempt to travel" unless they were fleeing flood waters, and warned of a "dangerous and life-threatening" situation.

The FBI is facing fresh calls to release hundreds of 'missing' pieces of evidence raided from Jeffrey Epstein's $51 million New York townhouse following the release of a new list of his associates. Epstein’s crimes, high-profile connections and jailhouse suicide have made the case a magnet for conspiracy theorists and online sleuths seeking proof of a coverup. Elon Musk entered the frenzy during his acrimonious fallout with Trump when he said without evidence in a since-deleted social media post that the reason the Epstein files have yet to be released is that the Republican president is featured in them. During a Fox News Channel interview in February, Bondi suggested an alleged Epstein “client list” was sitting on her desk. The Justice Department after that distributed binders marked “declassified” to far-right influencers at the White House, but it quickly became clear much of the information had long been in the public domain. No “client list” was disclosed, and there’s no evidence such a document exists.

There is plenty of evidence publicly available, from flight logs to photos of Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew with young girls. Nor did the story of Epstein’s “suicide” ring true, when his cell was under constant surveillance and the corpse being wheeled out did not look like Epstein. He is alive, and struck a plea deal, and the fake suicide was to spare him being hunted for the rest of his life.

On July 24 Epstein was found in a fetal position in his cell, blue in the face and with marks on his neck. He was put on a suicide watch, but on August 10 he was removed from his cell on a gurney, supposedly dead from a successful suicide attempt. Per the Zetas, Epstein’s injuries on July 24 were due to a murder attempt and he was not killed on August 10 but was instead taken into protective custody. ZetaTalk Prediction 7/31/2019: We predicted recently that Epstein would be poisoned to silence him. A bribed or distracted guard can easily be arranged, so many could have had access to Epstein. An assassin - an unregistered visitor during off hours - called Epstein over to the bars of his cell, for a clandestine chat. Epstein was grabbed and strangled until he dropped, but the cord not left behind. The intent was to place blame on other prisoners in the cell block. Under suicide watch, Epstein’s cell will be watched more closely, but his life is still in danger.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 7/5/2025: The hope that Bondi and Patel and President Trump would release the long-awaited details on the Epstein client list were suddenly dashed with a DOJ memo denying that the Epstein client list exists. The public has seen flight logs and photos of clients such as Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton with Maxwell, but evidence of sexual activity with young children is lacking. Sealed court records to protect young children or honor plea deals with investigators is part of the reason, but the missing piece is White Mail.

Black Mail is using material to coerce another against their will to commit crimes. White Mail is using material to force another to do the right thing. Israel has long been rumored to use Black Mail to maintain its power base, and the fact that Epstein is Jewish and Maxwell’s father was wired into the Mossad is a significant connection. Epstein worked for Israel. At the current time President Trump is intent on establishing peace throughout the world, and without delay, as Nibiru is intent on announcing itself and will cause panic worldwide once admitted by the establishment.
