It should be noted that the permissions Biden gave for use of the US long-range missiles was only for the Kursk Oblast, which the Ukraine invaded and which was decisively pushed back by Russia with the help of N Korean soldiers. And the UK is already supplying Zelensky with similar long-range missiles. Where is all this posturing leading? Is the threat of a nuclear war with Russia going to allow the Junta to declare Martial Law in effect in the US?

Biden's decision was spurred by the Russian decision to invite 10,000 North Korean soldiers into the fight against Ukraine in Kursk. It is unclear if Biden plans to approve the use of the missiles outside the Kursk region. Russian President Vladimir Putin has previously said the U.S.'s approval of such missile strikes would constitute an act of war. He has yet to react to Biden's announcement. Ukraine has already been using ATACMS and French-British SCALP-EG/Storm Shadow missiles to hit targets in Crimea and other four former Ukrainian regions that joined Russia after 2014. Multiple Western media outlets have said Kiev is expected to use the new capabilities in and around Russia’s Kursk Region, which was invaded by Ukraine in early August. Heavy fighting has been reported in the area as Russian troops engage in an offensive to push the Ukrainian forces back across the border.

It was the first time since World War II that Russian territory was occupied by a foreign military. Ukrainian forces captured several settlements, including the town of Sudzha. ZetaTalk Confirmation 11/18/2024: The Kursk Oblast of Russia was invaded by Ukraine several months ago where fighting continues as Russia is being assisted by N Korean soldiers and weaponry and Ukraine is losing badly. Meanwhile, Russia lost no ground elsewhere in their battle with the Ukraine and Zelensky’s supporters in NATO feared a complete rout such that only Kiev would be left of the Ukraine. This will indeed be the outcome.  

President Trump will get a ceasefire between Russia and Kiev soon, and all the historical criminal activity in Ukraine will stop. No more money laundering, organ harvesting, bio labs using captives, or child sex trafficking. The approval by Biden to use long-range US missiles is a limited approval, only for the Kursk Oblast. NATO has already supplied such missiles to Zelensky, but this has not turned the battles in Kursk to Zelensky’s favor. Biden’s move is only a face-saving gesture.

But suddenly Biden is being shown to be out of touch and running amuck. Is this deliberate? Per the Zetas Biden is a Double, an actor under Junta control. Then what is to be made of the decision to allow Zelensky to shoot long-range missiles into the Kursk Oblast, which is Russian territory, and the decision to have Biden seem confused about the path to take and walking off into the Amazon jungle? Ukraine fired a series of ATACMS missiles inside Russia, marking the first attack using the U.S.-made longer-range weapons in 1,000 days of war. Ukraine fired seven U.S.-made Army Tactical Missile System into Russia, striking a weapons depot near the town of Karachev, in Russia's Bryansk region, about 70 miles from Ukraine. The official said Russia shot down two of the missiles. Earlier Ukraine shot six ATACMS into Russia, and that Russian air defense systems destroyed five of the missiles mid-flight and damaged a sixth.

Trump confirmed via Truth Social a report that he is "prepared to declare a national emergency and will use military assets to reverse the Biden invasion through a mass deportation program." The military is to play a support role, providing logistics support to the U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

ZetaTalk Confirmation 11/18/2024: Is there a nexus between Biden suddenly giving Zelensky permission to lob long-range missiles into Russian territory and Biden wandering off into the rainforest during a stopover in Brazil? Both issues occurred simultaneously and got international attention. We have often stated that the US is under Martial Law since 2015 when Obama failed to disclose the presence of Nibiru. Martial Law takes many forms and can be as severe as tanks in the streets and internment camps or delimited such as covertly taking control of the civil government.

As we have repeatedly stated, the Biden in the White House is an actor under the control of the Junta. Thus both walking into the rainforest and allowing Zelensky to lob long-range missiles into Russian territory were Junta directives. The Junta anticipates the need to expand their Martial Law posture in the near future due to the possibility of the New Madrid Rupture creating a refugee crisis among US citizens at a time when the US will be deporting illegals.  And the panic that might ensue with a Nibiru admission is a dominant concern.

If Biden were to be considered out of control, the brakes in place include having VP Harris take over but this would require a Biden admission or Congressional approval – both of which take time. Thus considered a National Emergency, the Junta could step in to ensure that the nuclear arsenal was under control and could step back from the pending nuclear war with Russia that Zelensky has started. In addition, President Elect Trump has already stated that deporting illegals is considered a National Emergency.

New Madrid Surveillance

Why are US Military surveillance planes swarming over the SE Portion and even West of the Mississippi River? On November 2 they were swarming over the East Coast, then at two hour intervals this swam would increase. Were they looking for a tsunami, or at least for large waves? Are they surveilling the lands to the West of the Mississippi River that are predicted to sink when the New Madrid Separation occurs?  There is clearly something in process, though having the Mississippi River bridges fail has not yet happened.

On both November 14 and November 19 the US was swarming with Military Surveillance planes. In particular they are swarming the entire SE Portion which is being pulled taut by its attachment to the rolling Africa Plate. Then we also have dropping land to the West of the Mississippi River, as predicted by the Zetas. Elevation level and electronic screech can be detected by surveilance planes. Clearly, the Junta fears the New Madrid Rupture is close at hand.

Another clue to the geological stress caused by the New Madrid Adjustment is the electronic screech from rock under compression or from rock being ripped apart. The electronic screech occurs when air pockets in the rock are squeezed shut, thus allowing electricity to flow through the rock unabated. On November 3 we see that the Geoelectric field along the Appalachian Mountain range is hot, due to electronic screech caused by the constant tugging on the SE Portion toward Africa as Africa rolls.

Geoelectrics refers to the properties and the specification of these properties in characterization of the electrical properties of the Earth's subsurface, including the description of boundaries between zones with different electrical one-, two-, or three-dimensional structures.

On November 19 this was repeated when there were several pointers to the stress the SE Portion bears as it is pulled East with Africa as Africa Rolls. Note on the geoelectric field map that the SE Portion is tugged greatly along the Appalachian Mountain range, and also along the New Madrid Fault Line along the Mississippi River and in the region just to the West of the Mississippi River. The Seaway rip is notable at the western edge of Lake Superior also, and the Mainland drop is causing stress where it abuts the Eurasia Plate at Alaska and northern Canada, as shown by the throbbing buoy. The drooping land map shows all these areas of stress too, a perfect nexus.

On November 20 we see the heat at the Void, the QuadPlate juncture which is expected to rip open during the New Madrid Rupture. It is hot enough to divert the Gulf Stream coming and going. The QuadPlate Juncture is where the Eurasian Plate, the Africa Plate, the Mainland Portion and the SE Portion all touch. No wonder surveillance planes are covering the SE Portion and the sinking lands to the West of the Mississippi River.

ZetaTalk Insight 8/23/2014: What was Cayce referring to when in 1944 he described Russia as "the hope of the world". He clarified he was not referring to Communism, though this ideal does espouse the Service-to-Other philosophy, but rather "freedom". Cayce was referring to the rise and subsequent fall of the West, the grasp of capitalism and colonialism that have emerged from Europe and the US. Where it did reach out beyond its border to create satellite countries, Russia was not a colonial country, imposing imperial will on other countries.

This was a European endeavor, over the centuries, primarily a power and land grab from Britain, France, Spain, and Portugal. Britain today still has influence via the Commonwealth in Canada and Australia. Where the US broke free from European control, the European attitudes formed its base. Rich in resources and with a Wild West attitude, America swelled to become the world's premiere economy, with a peacetime military that surpassed all others in the world combined. Capitalism ruled, the IMF ruled, and the US was granted the right to choose the IMF director as an award.

The World Monetary Fund is an obvious extension of this Eurocentric ego. The IMF has an agenda of enslaving poor countries with debt, less interested in development than ownership, a form of financial colonialism. It is now obvious that the dollar's dominance in financial transactions has slipped, with the Russian ruble and China yuan increasingly replacing the dollar as the currency base. As many European countries border on bankruptcy and the US is certainly bankrupt with China as its largest creditor, the dominance of the West in world financial markets is due to crash. Enter the BRICS.

Ultimately, during the upheaval the pending crustal shift the Passage of Nibiru will cause, the world will increasingly rely upon the time-honored Barter System. In the interim, much of the world may be distressed when caught in a cashless society, as Ezra pointed out.

In the aftermath of a powerful typhoon in Hainan, China, a sudden blackout exposed a major flaw in the cashless society. With power and water cut off, residents were left scrambling to charge their phones, which held their only access to money. Unable to make even the simplest purchases, like buying a loaf of bread, the incident revealed just how vulnerable a digital-only economy can be in times of crisis.

ZetaTalk 2001 Prediction: We predict that long before the shift, a barter system will be replacing the current paper money system. The value of the dollar, in all countries, will be falling, such that in any transaction one or both parties will feel they are getting a fair deal only if a thing, not a representation, is given or received. This is a common practice in countries where the dollar is falling, and a natural migration as the thought occurs readily to mankind, the barter system being recent in their cultural evolution.

What will this mean for the common man, and what will it mean for the rich? The common man will find they are pleased with themselves if they have had the foresight to secure goods of value, such as seeds or tools or dried food. The value of appliances that are dead and not able to run, even of cars unable to run over broken roads, will be zero. The value of items that can increase worth, such as a needle and thread which can repair clothing otherwise worthless, or a shovel that can create a garden otherwise a weed patch, will balloon.

The rich will of course whine endlessly, and try to convince anyone who will listen that their goods will return in value, which it will not. Moneys will be used as a medium of exchange, as will jewels and art, in some settings, for a brief period of time. This will occur until those being offered these at bargain prices realize the shift has happened worldwide, and rescue and a return to civilization as they knew it will not occur. Perhaps months, but more likely weeks, and only in limited settings.

We advise the common man, as we have in the past, to relieve themselves of stock and jewels and paper money that will fall in value, perhaps suddenly and without warning. Better to stock up on things that will have value, candles and matches, school books and a guitar, than what the rich treasure. In that one's skill sets can be considered a bartering item, one should examine their own skill set by the following exam.

If you were in the middle of a wilderness, alone, what steps would you take to survive? What is the first skill that you would need, and not have? Whom do you know that you would wish about you, in such a circumstance? What is that skill that they possess, that you perhaps could develop? Imagine a group in such a setting, having arrived at a land dump where various pieces of junk are about and could provide mechanical devices or shelter, if utilized creatively and resourcefully.

How would you go about creating a comfortable home for yourself, and others, in such a situation? If you are clueless on how to use junk to structure a home, recycle and hook up, then perhaps you should work with a junk man, in his yard, and take lessons! What we are telling you is that you should mentally put yourself in this setting, and you will have no difficulty determining what is useless or most worthwhile, in a skill set. If you are an accountant, and cannot translate this skill into becoming a tailor or herdsman or cook, your skill is useless!
