The battle over the Southern Border has exploded. The Biden administration went to SCOTUS for an injunction to force removal of razor wire that the Texas National Guard had placed along the border. Meanwhile the battle goes on in the lower courts. And meanwhile at last count 27 states have joined Texas in the battle, and plan to send their own National Guard to the border to join Texas. Tucker claims the Biden Administration just wants to fatten the Democratic voting roles. The Border Patrol, a federal agency under Biden, has also announced it will not honor Biden's mandates.

Monday's ruling by the Supreme Court doesn't end this case. It just means that while the case goes forward, the injunction that the federal appeals court had entered that blocked federal officials from removing the concertina wire is going to be on hold. The Fifth Circuit is still going to hear oral arguments on February 7th. They're still going to presumably issue a decision at some point later this spring. And one way or the other, it's a good bet that that case will end up back in the Supreme Court sometime in the fall.

The Biden administration had initially warned Texas that it had until mid-day Friday to relinquish control of Shelby Park, the nearby boat dock, and the International Bridge. That deadline has now come and gone, and instead of there being a major clash between the Border Patrol and the state-controlled soldiers on site, it appears those on the ground have already de-escalated the situation. The Border Patrol Union ends by slamming Biden for creating the current "catastrophe" and reiterating that there will be no conflict between CBP agents and state forces. The statement is a clear signal of support for the Texas National Guard, its mission, and those leading it, including Gov. Greg Abbott.

This is incredible. We’ve got 1,300 miles of Dense Fog Advisories from Canada all the way down to the Gulf Coast. It also stretches from Colorado out toward Pennsylvania.

ZetaTalk Comment 1/8/2024: The dense fog maps match the Methane burn maps along the New Madrid Fault Line from the Bridge up past the Chicago Bend and thence along the Seaway through Ohio. These regions have already separated, the SE Portion pulling East and the Mainland Portion pulling West, but continue to pull apart, thus releasing more Methane and CO. Methane is reported to be odor free unless it is accompanied by Sulfur, which the Methane SO2 maps show is present. Dense Fog is being reported in these regions too, a factor of the sudden warming trend, but is not a factor in the Methane metallic smell.

Meanwhile the buoys at the Seaway narrows are being closely watched while they clap – the Seaway opening wide and then squeezing shut again. This is expected to result in the Azores opening wide during the Finale, allowing the European and East Coast tsunamis to occur. To prevent panic selling when the DOW swings, the Stock Market employs a Plunge Protection Team (PPT). Do the New York buoys along the Seaway have that too? Why else the odd gaps in the chart when the water level plunges.

Tian Shan Shifts

The Mainland Portion of N America is sliding to the West and down. This SW slide, predicted by the Zetas from the start, is part of the New Madrid Adjustment. The SE Portion, attached to Africa, moves in the SE direction. The Mainland slide is facilitated by the compression of the Pacific where the Philippine Plate tilts and the 4 Pacific Plates increasingly overlap to make a void for the Mainland drop.

There were 14 aftershocks since the main quake, with two registering above 5 magnitude.

ZetaTalk Comment 1/23/2024: The entirety of China was shifting during this massive quake swarm in the Tian Shan mountains along one of the main fault lines in China. Like an accordion, opening and closing, China has been ripping open along its numerous fault lines and its borders with the Philippine and Pacific Plates. The Tian Shan mountains are solid rock so resist this accordion process, until tension builds to the point where it must relent and stretch. The historical swarm in 1978 and this recent swarm are such stretch incidents.

ZetaTalk Explanation 11/20/2010: We addressed the fact that the Pacific plate is not one plate, as assumed. In fact, it is at least four plates. The rise and incident of islands from Kamchatka to Hawaii to the Society Islands shows this to be a plate boundary, down the center of the Pacific. Call that land to the east of this plate boundary the East Pacific Plate. There is also a triangle of a plate between the points of Hawaii, West Samoa, and the Society Islands. Call this the West Pacific Plate. Below the Society Islands is a plate which could be called the South Pacific Plate. And the portion of the Pacific Plate pushing under Japan and pushing under the Philippine Plate could be called the North Pacific Plate.
