Black Eyed Children

Legends about children knocking on doors in the middle of the night and asking to use the phone relate, per the Zetas, to the Men in Black. Curious kids follow their parents when they leave their homes in underground caverns, and get lost. The Black Eyed Children are pale, wear outdated clothing no doubt collected from trash bins by the Men in Black, and ask to use the phone as apparently the Men in Black communicate with each other by phone when on the surface. This hominoid race living underground is not to be confused with the Men in Black movie series.

In popular culture and UFO conspiracy theories, men in black (MIB) are supposed men dressed in black suits who claim to be quasi-government agents, who harass, threaten, or sometimes even assassinate unidentified flying object (UFO) witnesses to keep them quiet about what they have seen. The term is also frequently used to describe mysterious men working for unknown organizations, as well as various branches of government allegedly tasked with protecting secrets or performing other strange activities.

ZetaTalk Men in Black 1995: The Men in Black have received a lot of press as their visits are in the consciousness of humans. These entities are allowed to make these visits, as they are in the same density as humans and are not in quarantine. Where do they come from? They are not extraterrestrial at all, but live underground, in tunnels and caverns. Their townships exist in isolation. The electrical energy the Men in Black use is chemically generated, a method learned on their home planet prior to their transplantation to Earth. The Men in Black, being unable to live on the surface, established themselves underground when they first arrived on Earth, in a technologically advanced state. They are not violent, as humans are by nature, but they're scared silly of being discovered by humans.

The legend originated from 1996 postings written by Texas reporter Brian Bethel relating two alleged encounters with "black-eyed kids." Bethel describes encountering two such children in Abilene, Texas in 1996, and claims that a second person had a similar, unrelated encounter in Portland, Oregon.  In 2012, Brian Bethel told his story on reality TV series Monsters and Mysteries in America. In 2012, the horror film Black Eyed Kids was produced, its director commenting that the creepy children were "an urban legend”. Science writer Sharon A. Hill was unable to find any documentation of black-eyed child encounters, concluding that the tales are passed on as "friend of a friend" ghost stories.

ZetaTalk Black Eyed Children 1/31/2022: There are legitimate stories about Black Eyed Children just as there are legitimate stories about the Men in Black. They are a hominoid race transplanted to Earth just as Bigfoot and the precursor ape for the American Indian were transplants. The Men in Black were technologically advanced when transplanted and took up residence in underground caverns as they cannot tolerate bright sunlight. If any humans are likely to discover an entry to their caverns, they pay them a visit in an intimidating manner.

The stories about Black Eyed Children knocking on doors in the middle of the night has a simple explanation. Children are curious, and on the rare occasion when they sneak behind their parents to see what lies above on the surface world of man, they get lost. In these instances they have a way to signal their parents, but if frightened or cold they may seek temporary shelter in a nearby house.  They divert their eyes to avoid being recognized as a different hominoid race. Their skin is pale as they live underground without sunlight.

ZetaTalk Insight 1/31/2022: As 2021 drew to a close, the posture of the establishment in Europe and the Commonwealth countries and in the US was to force a max vax and lockdowns at every opportunity. The elite in the establishment sought control of migration or even travel of any sort, fearing riots and rebellion and demands when the public became aware of Nibiru and the long established coverup over Nibiru. In the UK, the fact that many citizens would drown during the European tsunami caused by the pending New Madrid rupture was considered a bonus by the Imperial College, who wanted to reduce demands from an aging UK population.

What suddenly changed now that the UK is leading the trend to remove vax max mandates and lockdown and passport requirements?  Is it that the harmful side effects of the Pfizer vax are suddenly recognized? That heart attacks among the young are absolutely caused by the Pfizer vax? That the Spike Protein in the vax exhausts the immune system steadily, creating a type of temporary AIDS?  That lingering pieces of the Covid-19 Spike Protein actually create the variants being used as an excuse for the lockdowns by the elite? That the Pfizer vax shrivels the placenta to abort even full-term babies?

The elite in charge in Europe and in the US via the election fraud of 2020 certainly do not care about the common man. So why is country after country in Europe suddenly relaxing their mandates and getting huggy with the concept of herd immunity?  The hand of the White Hat Alliance in Europe can certainly be seen, but if the lockdowns were put in place due to a fear of the public’s reaction when they hear that Nibiru is real and due to pass, they will be a problem if the European tsunami occurs. Our prediction that the New Madrid rupture would happen in the early weeks of 2022 seems on target.

A lockdown would act as riot control but if extensive flooding were to happen along the coastlines would create confusion for an evac and actually overstretch emergency services. In many cases hospital and rescue services have lost personnel because of vax requirements. If this were in place when the tsunami occurred, the unthinkable might occur - it might impact the ability of the police and military to guard the elite in their homes. In the US a version of this would result as the New Madrid rupture will exhaust emergency services. 

False Alarms

With the lockdowns over Covid-19 and its variants failing due to the elite in many countries having to admit that the vax and boosters are harmful and ineffective, many elite in the establishment are nervous. They fear riots when the coming New Madrid Adjustment and tsunami flooding of Europe occur, and chaos when the African Roll tears up the Middle East. Thus, when the plate boundary between the N America and Eurasian Plate twitched, cutting one of two Internet cables from Norway to the Svalbard archipelago, Norway screamed “act of war!”.

Operator of what is the world’s northernmost fiberoptic subsea cable, Space Norway, has located the disruption to somewhere between 130 to 230 kilometers from Longyearbyen in the area where the seabed goes from 300 meters down to 2700 meters in the Greenland Sea. The error happened on Friday morning, January 7. Svalbard Undersea Cable System is a twin submarine fiberoptic communication cable connecting Longyearbyen with Andøya north of Harstad in northern Norway.

An undersea fiberoptic cable which provides vital internet connection and communications links between mainland Norway and the Svalbard archipelago in the Arctic Ocean has mysteriously been put out of action. The disruption, which occurred on one of two fiberoptic cables, could prove disastrous as it means there is now only one connection between the mainland and Svalbard with no backup.

ZetaTalk Explanation 1/31/2022: What happens to a plate border when one of the plates is under extreme stress which will not be relieved until a rupture occurs? We are of course talking about the N American Plate which will have the SE Portion torn from the Mainland Portion by the pending New Madrid Adjustment? The N American Plate shares a long border with the Eurasian Plate, all the way from Northern Japan, then across the Far East, then along the Canada/Siberian border, and finally down through the North Atlantic where this long border ends at the African Plate.

All these border attachments are affected by the pending New Madrid Adjustment and will warp and overlap and yaw and snap back on occasion while this tension continues. The border between Norway and Greenland goes right through the Svalbard islands. This is not where an undersea cable should ever  be located, but Norway was not thinking about the pending passage of Nibiru when they set about laying cable. So to save face, while the St. Lawrence Seaway is being pulled open and the N American Continent is having spasms, Russia will be blamed.   

Then there is N Korea with its indeterminant leadership arrangement. Was Kim assassinated and replace by his sister in April 2020? These were the rumors but Kim and his backers in N Korea survived.

Thus when N Korea tested a missile on January 10 the FAA was nervous. There were unconfirmed reports that the missile had hypersonic speed and thus could reach the USA homeland almost instantly. Oops, false report, false alarm, but the FAA landed all planes in the meantime.

Fueling speculation of a connection, the North Korean missile launch occurred just minutes before the FAA action at 2:27 p.m. PST, 7:27 a.m. at the launch site, well inland from the coast. The missile traveled 700 kilometers before falling into the Sea of Japan and was tracked by the Japanese Defense Ministry as well as NORAD. The missile tested, the second within a week, has been described as a hypersonic intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), but there is some doubt about that. The Drive quoted sources speculating that the missile, which was reported by Asian news source Yonhap News as achieving a speed of Mach 10 (twice the threshold for a hypersonic vehicle), was more likely a boost-glide vehicle or a maneuvering re-entry vehicle (MaRV), which would be able to attain hypersonic speeds.  A spokesperson for NORAD said in an official statement that NORAD did not issue an alert over the North Korean launch, or for any other reason.

A U.S. official told Reuters the FAA paused some West Coast operations for less than 15 minutes "due to initial reports of events in the Indo-Pacific region," without directly tying it to the missile launch.

ZetaTalk Insight 1/31/2022: In an abundance of caution, the FAA landed planes that were in the air throughout the West Coast of the US and Hawaii. They received some late intel indicating that the N Korean test of a hypersonic missile was to aim at the US and could arrive in minutes. The US is alert and ready to shoot down any such missile coming from N Korea. In such an instance, commercial traffic in the air gets in the way, and might become a casualty. When the N Korean test proved to be a local affair, the FAA order was rescinded.

Meanwhile the situation in Kazakhstan has settled down, with the compromise between the ruling elite and the people they govern resolved by capping fuel prices along with other price controls. Per the Zetas, this was about the 99% against the 1%, and the people won. Meanwhile, there were unfounded rumors of a coup or the protests caused by foreign terrorists.
