What is the ultimate goal behind China’s Social Credit System? This was started around 2014 and is in full force at present in 2019. Do good, be kind to others, follow the law and you get credit points. Break the law, indulge in video games, and be inconsiderate to others you lose points. During the Hong Kong riots China has been portrayed in the media as a repressive monster. How dare they allow extradition of criminals! Libraries and schools in the West regularly ban certain books, but if a China province does the same and burns the books, its news!

The system is considered a form of mass surveillance which uses facial recognition system and big data analysis technology. In 2019, it is estimated that 200 million monitoring CCTV cameras of the "Skynet" network have been put to use in mainland China, with eight Chinese cities ranked among the world's top ten most monitored cities, while the number of surveillance cameras is expected to reach 626 million by 2020 when the Social Credit System becomes fully effective. As of November 2019, in addition to dishonest and fraudulent financial behavior, other behavior that some cities have officially listed as negative factors of credit ratings includes playing loud music or eating in rapid transits, violating traffic rules such as jaywalking and red-light violations, failure to appear at a doctor or dentist's appointment, or missing a job interview, restaurant reservation, or hotel reservation without making notification to cancel., failing to correctly sort personal waste, fraudulently using other people's public transportation ID cards, etc; on the other hand, behavior listed as positive factors of credit ratings includes donating blood, donating to charity, volunteering for community services.

A county library in north-western China has been criticised for burning books in line with a nationwide cull of “illegal” or “improper” materials used in school libraries. Earlier in October, the ministry of education had ordered all primary and secondary schools to “firmly cleanse” their libraries of reading material deemed illegal, improper or outdated as part of efforts to “create a healthy and safe environment for education”. Over the past year, China has focused especially on regulating what content young people see, from what can be posted online to how long minors can play video games. This year, officials have also called for an overhaul of “patriotic education” in schools.

ZetaTalk Comment 8/31/2019: The Hong Kong riots have been ascribed to fussing over extradition laws, whereby China can reach into Hong Kong and arrest those they consider criminals, thus allowing such individuals to be extradited to other countries as well as China. Why would the private citizens, crippling the airport with their rioting, care? The public is being told Hong Kong is about to become a police state, thus fanning fears. But it is the criminals being protected by the non-extradition laws who are behind the rioting. Why would China care? They view criminal activity like an infection that can spread, and with Hong Kong technically being under their governance, Hong Kong’s criminal element has been attempting to spread into China.

What about China’s One Child policy? How cruel to force families to have but one child! China’s One Child rule was imposed in 1979 after their population doubled between 1950 and 1979. They were starving, a frequent admonition of mothers in the west to clean one’s plate because there were “starving children in China”. Indonesia, Africa, Afghanistan, Venezuela – rampant starvation is allowed. Which is the greater crime? Income inequality is also extremely low in China.

ZetaTalk Comment 12/31/2019: Is China repressive? It is practical. China’s population doubled between 1950 and 1979 when they imposed the one-child policy. They were dealing with starvation throughout the country. Is it better to have the citizens starve? The Hong Kong riots were incited by money laundering factions resisting arrest. Those in the West who lecture about civil rights cluck over the social credit system. But China does not have race riots or a draconian divide between the social classes as does India with its caste system and the West where the 1% has vast wealth.

Xi and the committees who control China are faced with the coming Earth changes, where the majority of their populace must be relocated from the flooded coastlines or frigid lands in southern China near India. They must prioritize which resident to move first, and are choosing to sculpt the spiritual orientation of their new Ghost Cities to be caring and helpful to others, rather than self-focused. By this they are ensuring survival of their citizens. Or is it better to have bullies and the indolent hamper the progress of these fledgling cities.

Prophecy of the Popes

Saint Malachy’s Prophecy of the Popes predicts that the current Pope Francis will be the last. Though this is all open for debate, most who study this prophecy conclude that it has a lot of validity and coincides with the End Times prophecy in Revelations, which predicts disaster for the city of 7 hills. Though Revelations states this city is Babylon, Babylon does not have 7 hills. Rome, where the Vatican lies, does. Of note are the spate of strong quakes in Albania, just across the bay from Italy, and the Zetas hint of something in store for Italy.

According to Revelation 17:9, the Whore of Babylon sits on seven mountains. For those who have theorized that Babylon is referring to the city of Babylon, which today is in Iraq near the town of Hilla. It is not located on seven hills, this is one fact among many that rules out the original location of Babylon. ZetaTalk Description 12/31/2019: We have detailed how the 7 of 10 plate movements will drop and roll the top part of the African Plate to the East, thereby widening the gap at Gibraltar by an additional 125 miles and widening the gap at Sinai by an additional 50 miles. During this process a void in the Mediterranean Sea just below Italy opens, destabilizing the Eurasian Plate border that abuts the African Plate border in the Mediterranean. But the 7 of 10 plate movements are not the end of plate movements that will occur prior to the Pole Shift.



We have also mentioned movement in the S America and Africa Plates during the 8 of 10 phase, which will result in a continuous plate movement for those two plates. This is a result of the Antarctic Plate being pushed at the Pacific side, forcing the tip of S America to the East and tipping the top of S America further to the West. As the Antarctic Plate bumps against the tip of Africa, Africa falls further to the East at its top, thus further opening the void in the Mediterranean and the Red Sea and causing the Saudi Plate to roll.



Many credible prophecies have predicted the fall of Rome, where the Vatican sits, during or prior to the coming Pole Shift. The Prophecy of the Popes states that the current Pope Francis will be the last, and though he is frail and not well, he is still going strong. Revelations refers to a city of 7 hills being destroyed during a day of judgement. We have hinted that the 8 of 10 phase could include bad news for Italy, and this relates to the continuous roll of the African Plate. Italy is riddled with fault lines, and as it crumbles into the increasing void in the Mediterranean, the Vatican will crumble too, as the many quakes in Albania, just across the bay from Italy, infer.

Gold Standard

Backing a currency with Gold is considered too restrictive, as only so much money can be minted. More money requires more Gold. In essence, this means that anyone holding a dollar or a bond can demand payment in Gold. Thus, since the Great Depression, all countries around the world abandoned the Gold Standard. Thus, they can pump funds into their economies, endlessly, encouraging a recovery. The price of Gold also fluctuates wildly, so basing a currency on a set amount of Gold would be dizzying.

In the United States, adherence to the gold standard prevented the Federal Reserve from expanding the money supply to stimulate the economy, fund insolvent banks and fund government deficits that could "prime the pump" for an expansion. Once off the gold standard, it became free to engage in such money creation. The gold standard limited the flexibility of the central banks' monetary policy by limiting their ability to expand the money supply.

ZetaTalk Opinion 12/31/2019: Would the Gold Standard stabilize currencies? Traditionally this practice was viewed as bringing stability and confidence, as a currency would be backed by Gold, thus many countries are stocking up on Gold. But the Gold Standard was abandoned by many during the Great Depression as it restricted stimulation of the economy. We predicted at the start of the ZetaTalk saga that a second Great Depression would grip the globe. The solution is the same now as then, damn the bankers profits, ignore the bankruptcies, and stimulate as needed. Either way, the Fed is dead.

What is the goal of the Greta campaign? As we have often stated, the Global Warming fraud was designed to explain the Earth changes caused by the approach of Nibiru. When it became clear that the globe was not warming, but changing, the term was changed to be Climate Change.

The side benefit of this fraud was that the establishment could collect money from corporations and individuals by charging them for their Carbon Footprint. Now there were dual reasons for resisting the truth about Climate Change – the cover-up over Nibiru and the profits from Carbon Footprint taxes.
