What was revealed during the Mueller testimony before the House on July 24? Was it details on Grand Jury material, by law not able to be released by AG Barr but perhaps Mueller could paraphrase? Was it a strong verbal rendition of the report’s findings, so the movie version of the report would be clear and forceful – “could not exonerate”. Instead an evasive and forgetful Mueller emerged, continually referring to the report to speak for him but most astonishing for the public, appearing senile!

ZetaTalk Insight 7/31/2019: Where the long awaited Mueller hearing raised more questions than it resolved, the Democrats in the House proceeded with their planned impeachment narrative, even when the hearing went against them. Had they not heard the rumors that Mueller was senile? It was their hope he could be led to say what they desired, but Mueller was reluctant to do so. He has his own future to worry about, because as FBI Director at the time he was a participant in the Uranium One deal when Hillary was Secretary of State. He is also known to be a fast friend to Comey, who allowed malfeasance of the FBI on behalf of Hillary in 2016 – the basis of the current FISA investigation.

How then was Mueller chosen to be the Special Counsel, and what guided his choice of attorneys for the team? Rosenstein, who was complicit in mischief at the DOJ on behalf of Hillary, chose Mueller because he was expected to support an investigation that would bring Trump down. It is notable that the Steele Dossier episode showed foreign collusion, but was never included in Mueller’s investigation. Nor was illegal entrapment of the Trump campaign by the DNC and Hillary campaign prosecuted by Mueller, though both involved Russian actors.

Both Rosenstein and Mueller are cooperating with the current DOJ investigations under AG Barr. Both had assumed that Hillary would win, and now want to protect their futures. What is about to emerge from Barr’s DOJ is details on how the FISA courts were manipulated on behalf of Hillary and how the Steel Dossier was arranged, paid for by the Hillary campaign. This and continuing details about Epstein’s web of pedo blackmail will not benefit the Democratic Party. The 2020 campaign may squelch reporting of DNC crimes, by law, but the picture will nonetheless be painted.

Who are the Puppet Masters, and why do we not hear about them in the news? They are immensely wealthy individuals, who work by stealth, staying out of the spotlight and living very private lives. They live off the books, and cannot be tracked. The public Rothschild family might have wealth, but the publicly known de Rothschild members are only living on allowances, having come from the female line, de Rothschild. The immense core of the Rothschild fortune is handled as a family trust by the ranking male in the male lineage – a secretive off-the-books Puppet Master.

That’s more than all sovereign wealth funds combined and over three times the global hedge fund industry. BlackRock recently argued that legally it was not the “owner” of the shares it holds but rather acts as a kind of custodian for their investors. The Big Three do exert the voting rights attached to these shares. Therefore, they have to be perceived as de facto owners by corporate executives.

ZetaTalk Insight 7/31/2019: Front men holding corporate stock as proxies for wealthy individuals is indeed how the Puppet Masters control the world, as we explained at the start of the ZetaTalk saga. This allows these individuals, who are few, to remain hidden and private. They live modestly. Those who personally know them would never suspect they are acquainted with a Puppet Master. The Puppet Masters are not the Illuminati nor any of the New World Order crowd such as the Vatican or the Khazarian mafia or Soros or the Bush/Clinton criminal Cabal who are ambitious to run the world. These entities are subservient to the Puppet Masters.

It does not take complete ownership of corporate stock to control a corporation, as proxy ownership of a large block of the stock sways the outcome. As can be seen by political campaigns, politicians are invariably bought, with the exception of billionaire President Trump who ran on his own ample funds. Thus, not under the control of the Puppet Masters, Trump is continually attacked. The goal is to remove Trump and then dissect control of the US Military to disable the Junta that is running a de facto Martial Law within the US, complete with Tribunals. The media is controlled by the Puppet Masters.

The fact that proxy ownership of corporations had centralized into the hands of three dominant asset managers within the past few years shows the war for control of the world has intensified. But this war is not merely in the hands of man. As we have so often explained recently, from the Notre Dame fire to the Beresheet Moon landing failure to the New York City blackout – angels sent forth by the Council of Worlds have entered the fray. The Puppet Masters must choose sides, and they are not stupid. They are increasingly siding with the obvious winner, and hope to dominate the survival camps of the future, just as they dominate global affairs today.

How does a Puppet Master dominate the survival camps of the future? Despite the financial stability the Puppet Masters seek, all the banks are likely to fail. In the chaos of riots and panic there will be zero collection of credit card debt or car or mortgage payments. Any bank trying to collect funds or repossess a property will find the police and courts dysfunctional and disinterested in supporting the banks. The public will have fallen to the barter system. So how does one dominate in this mess? One barters with greater savvy, and gathers items of worth well ahead of the Pole Shift. One also fosters strong survival groups, and fosters good relationships with them.

A very few individuals control the wealth of the world, install politicians to their pleasing, create global conflicts and create or destroy the fortunes of countries as well as individuals in the chess games they play with their control, and thus operate as Puppet Masters during the cover-up. Their agenda is to retain control, retain their position, and thus as their gold rules, they want minimal impact to their financial stature. No bank failure. No drop in stock value. No corporate bankruptcies.

Erdogan’s Double

Did Turkey’s leader Erdogan die of a heart attack on July 21 at midnight? Media sources exploded with rumors, and Turkey would neither confirm nor deny. Erdogan was last seen in Albania on July 19. ZetaTalk Confirmation 7/31/2019: Is Erdogan dead? Yes, but Turkey is reluctant to admit this. A dictator is always surrounded by those who benefit from his iron grip, and they do not want their control and influence to be lost. They are seeking a double, and although many have been lined up in the past, at the ready, none are perfect. There is always a “tell”, a clue. Obama is thick and fleshy below the lower lip, where the double is not. Putin has had many doubles through the years. Hillary has doubles too, the one with a hook nose and long middle finger the best known. And when Soros died, his network trotted out a double whose eyes were too large.


Erdogan had many enemies, both within and without Turkey. Despite being a NATO member, Erdogan and his son have been caught smuggling Syrian oil for ISIS. Where the Kurds are most effective at fighting ISIS, Erdogan tried to eliminate them. Erdogan certainly rigged elections and when a military coup was attempted, survived due to arranged street protests. Dictators always suppress opposition by brutal means. We recently reported that Erdogan damaged oil tankers in the Straits of Hormuz to drive business through his oil pipeline to Europe. He had naked ambitions to recreate the Ottoman Empire, flooding refuges into Europe. Erdogan was a double dealer, a NATO member buying weapons from Russia, playing whatever side was advantageous for him.



With so many enemies, the only question remaining is who among them did the deed. They were assisted by Erdogan’s history of heart disease. As with many paranoid dictators, he was reluctant to undergo surgery, fearing to be unconscious. He was last seen in public attending a meeting in Albania, two days before his heart attack. The rumors are correct, his doctors worked frantically to keep him alive, but with so much heart damage, neglected over the years, this was not physically possible. Now the only question is whether a double will be arranged, or the Vice President put in charge.



Erdogan has had heart problems in the past, rumors of a quick visit to the hospital in 2016. Those who would be impacted by a power vacuum in Turkey had to choose – go with the VP or go with a double. By July 25 it was apparent that a double had emerged. In two very public photo ops in Turkey, one with the visiting PM of Malaysia and another celebrating the Treaty of Lausanne, the double appeared. The “tell” was obvious surgery on the outer ear and an early slope of the forehead back to the hairline on the double.

An Asteroid dubbed 2019 OK snuck up on astronomers July 26 and zipped by just miles from Earth. Called a “City Killer” in size, this hit major media outlets. It was stressed that 2019 OK was overlooked because it came from the direction of the Sun. Why is this significant? First because Nibiru rides next to the Sun at present, slinging the debris in its tail toward the Earth. ZetaTalk Comment 7/31/2019: Asteroid 2019 OK came from the direction of the Sun, and thus astronomers failed to notice its approach. When Near Earth Asteroids come from the direction of the Sun, where Nibiru rides at present, these are not Asteroids. This is debris in the tail of Nibiru, and we suggest that astronomers start looking in that direction for the next threat, as this debris will be on the increase. Chelyabinsk, which the Russians shot down in 2013, was such a chunk of debris from the tail of Nibiru, and it too came from the direction of the Sun.



During the sci.astro debates in 1997 we argued that attempting to deflect such debris with a nudge or explosion is fruitless. The object just moves aside and recovers and continues on its way. Our suggestion is to copy the proven success at Chelyabinsk. Pulverize it. Vaporize it. Why is Asteroid 2019 OK getting so much press coverage, when the establishment is openly admitting it can do little to divert such threats? The establishment is on the verge of admitting that Nibiru exists, and that radical changes in what society considers its priorities must occur. They want the populace to be ready for this.
