What does Trump’s new Executive Order published on March 1, 2018 mean? It gives new powers to the Department of Defense by allowing civilian courts and lawyers to be used to augment military staff during military tribunals. It also alludes to the current law allowing Martial Law to be declared during times of National Emergency or during any threat to National Security. Per the Zetas and many others, we are already declared, via Executive Orders, to be in a state of National Emergency. Are we going to have military tribunals of US civilians? Is this akin to Martial Law?

The clearest sign of this was an executive order and a 636-page annex issued on March 1 by U.S. President Donald Trump and the Department of Defense that prepares the way for Nuremberg-style tribunals. The essence of these orders was that all U.S. civilians shall be subject to military justice and that the military will be able to hire non-military legal experts to help with the upcoming tribunals, according to Pentagon sources. The following clause on page 2 of Annex 2 is of particular interest, in that it describes one exercise of military jurisdiction as: “A government temporarily governing the civil population within its territory or a portion of its territory through its military forces as necessity may require.”

Signing of a sweeping Executive Order making the most significant changes to the Uniform Code Of Military Justice (UCMJ) since the Military Justice Act Of 1983—and whose most significant change authorizes, for the first time in history, experienced civilians to take part in the US Military court-martial process—thus clearing a path for mass “Deep State” arrests whose trials and sentencing would not impact the normal flow of the US Military justice system. Only President Trump—who in time of war, as the Commander-In-Chief, has the sole authority to determine what constitutes a threat and what should be done about it.

ZetaTalk Comment 3/31/2018: Martial Law can be broad and all encompassing, or partial. If a draft is called because the US is going to war, this is a draconian right of the DoD to take control of civilians. The Posse Comitatus Act forbids the US Military to be deployed on US soil, unless a case of National Emergency exists. Active Executive Orders passing through several administrations and regularly renewed already establish this state of National Emergency. Certainly Trumps EO of December 21, 2017 states that.

What was astonishing was that none of what is termed Major Media brought this up as a topic nor discussed this among their talking heads. Not CNN, not Fox News, not MSNBC, not RT - none of them. Were it not for Ben Fulford’s weekly newsletter and Reddit, we would not have known! Does not the hint that military tribunals await raise questions? It was even missing from Corsi tweets and the Alex Jones shows and Trump’s tweets. It was off the radar! Yet it is momentous.



The rumored 14,000 sealed indictments being served against pedophiles and the Gitmo housing expanded by 13,000 beds in the US budget relate. The Zeta have stated that Hillary was under House Arrest in January, 2017, along with the Queen briefly, when their illegal funds were taken from them. John McCain has also shown up with an ankle boot, which he switched to the other foot during an interview, showing that it was hardly due to a broken foot. Trump’s December 21, 2017 EO took their illegal funds away, via military tribunals.


ZetaTalk Comment 1/31/2018: We have stated that the Junta currently running the US government does not want their status pushed in the face of the American public. The US is not under Martial Law, per se, but the talking heads on TV would endlessly ramble on about who was in charge. In that public awareness of Nibiru, and what its passage will mean, is pending and urgent, there are more important matters to address. That said, what does Trump’s Executive Order mean? It means that all Hillary funds, laundered through the Clinton Foundation, will be confiscated. She and Bill accepted deposits from African dictators known for their human rights abuses. All Soros funds will be confiscated. Any Saudi funds on US soil that the King cannot access will be confiscated. US politicians known to be padding their pockets with drug money will find this confiscated, and that includes Herbert Bush, the drug Kingpin. None of these matters will be in the press, per se.

The hang-up in admitting the Martial Law status has undoubtedly been the current caseload in civil courts. Would everything not adjudicated under Martial Law be moot? The courts would be clogged with challenges, with requests that the prisons should be opened, fines revoked and repaid, meanwhile current judicial business at a standstill. Trump’s March 1, 2018 EO and Annex 1 and 2 address this, by stating that all prior civil adjudication is exempt. Meanwhile, the Hillary crowd and the Deep State are frantic to remove Trump from office.

Sec. 2 © Nothing in Annex 1 shall be construed to invalidate any nonjudicial punishment proceeding, restraint, investigation, referral of charges, trial in which arraignment occurred, or other action begun prior to the date of this order.

ZetaTalk Insight 5/20/2017: The frenzy to remove Trump from power has many sources. The criminal Clinton cabal has been double dealing the public for years, and money buys a lot of allegiances. If the public had been privy to the secret trials conducted by Dunford last year, they would have been horrified. Selling 20% of the US uranium rights for $145 million while Secretary of State was just the tip of the iceberg. The Clinton Foundation, wherein only 5% went to actual charities, was a massive money laundering machine. Hillary is under house arrest now, and except for rare and well controlled public appearances is out of the running, permanently. Meanwhile, Hillary cronies spread unfounded rumors about Trump. The second impetus to Trump’s removal from power comes from the Deep State - entrenched bureaucrats who fear losing their jobs.



But what of the period between March 1 and the point in time when the official status of the Junta is admitted? During this time, ongoing in the present, Military Tribunals are in effect, confiscating drug money and payoffs so they cannot go into the pockets of the Bush/Clinton/Soros/Netanyahu cabal. Pedophile blackmail material is being confiscated. Trump’s March 1, 2018 EO covers that problem by stating that the time frame between March 1 and the end of 2018 should likewise be covered. So we are to assume that the Junta expects its official status to be made public by this time.

ZetaTalk Comment 3/31/2018: When Obama was under constant assassination attempts by the crowd who did not want him to admit the presence of Nibiru, Dunford sought to expedite the announcement by running Jade Helm 2015 to manage any riots that might emerge. When Obama lacked courage and failed, Dunford stepped in. The US has been run by a Junta ever since – Mattis, Dunford and his Marines.  We have stated that behind the scenes, Hillary and hundreds of others were tried by military tribunals, and their laundered stolen funds taken from them. Fort Knox Gold has now been reinstated.

Meanwhile, the announcement admitting Nibiru is dragging, though the public no longer trusts the media. The Deep State wanting to wrest control of the US from Trump and his Junta has become vicious, like a trapped animal. It has been rumored that there are 1,400 sealed indictments allowing arrests of the Deep State and the Bush/Clinton cabal, and this is true though the number is multiples higher. Arrests and interrogations have garnered more names. But how to take those under House Arrest out of circulation? How to inform the public?

Trials await, and this latest EO by Trump allows them to proceed according to Military Law. Does this not imply that the true situation in the Trump administration, that it is being run by a Junta, will be admitted? One of the blocks to admitting the Junta was the state of matters adjudicated in civil and criminal courts. Trumps March 1 EO clarifies. It does not cover matters already adjudicated. Does this trial by tribunal of Deep State crimes not require, in step, an admission that Nibiru exists? More later re all of that.

Gulf Hot Spot

The Gulf of Mexico developed a new hot spot on February 28, smack dab in the center of the Gulf. Per a buoy, the air temp there reached 136 Deg, and this was confirmed by GOES16 satellites images. There was no explanation for this new hot spot by the establishment, and speculation ran from the possibility of a new volcano emerging to a new hydrothermal vent. The Zetas point to the maps of Pangaea to explain why this spot is now hot.



ZetaTalk Comment 3/31/2018: This Gulf of Mexico hot spot is well documented by showing up from several different sources. A buoy reported this as the air temp, and it shows as a signature from satellite data. The hot spot is centered in the Gulf, which was formed, quiet obviously, from a large meteor impact in the past. The breakup of Pangaea shows the existing continents, with India drifting up to nudge into Eurasia and the Americas drifting West, but there is no explanation for the lack of land in the Gulf of Mexico.

When there is a significant meteor impact, the crust in the area is pushed down closer to the core of the Earth, thus melts and diffuses in all directions by the pressure of the meteor impact. Reforming magma will not be consistent with its former composition, and could reform to be harder or softer, thicker or thinner. Oil exploration companies will confirm that in this region, the crust is thin, and this is why they are drilling for oil there. A thin crust will reflect the temperature of roiling magma, but this will not become a new volcano as the magma pressure at this hot spot can disburse in all directions.

What is Pangaea, and what does it show about the Gulf of Mexico? Pangaea appears to be a connected land mass, where all the present day continents are lumped or glued together on one side of the globe, with the rest of the globe under water. Theories abound, but the ancient Sumerians say this was the result of the Tiamat (Earth) being bashed in a collision, so that part of the Earth where the Pacific now lies was lost, leaving a hole which has been gradually filling as the continents drifted. It is a fact that the view from space over the Pacific is primarily water, while the view from the opposite side over the Atlantic has all the land.

Another telltale hint that Earth's continents were all one land mass comes from the geologic record. Coal deposits found in Pennsylvania have a similar composition to those spanning across Poland, Great Britain and Germany from the same time period. Marduk neared Saturn and Jupiter, and their massive gravitational pulls bent his orbit drastically inward, forcing his path to be aimed directly at Tiamat where the asteroid belt is today. The force of Marduk’s path toward Tiamat, ripped into her, splitting, but not quite breaking her in two.

The Gulf of Mexico was not a hot spot before the present emergence. Is the bowing stress on the N American Plate causing this? Certainly the bowing stress will rip open the New Madrid Fault Line, which does go all the way to the Gulf. It has certainly caused lots of major earthquake near Mexico City recently. Pulling the bow taut is pulling the crust at the bottom of the Gulf thin, so roiling magma can rise up to the hot spot. Stretch zones are where hot spots appear, worldwide.

ZetaTalk Comment 8/21/2010: Hot spots indicate a rock weakness such that magma can sweep under the rock, heating the overlying rock. Hot spots are frequently in stretch zones, as the many hot spots across Africa and in the African Rift show. Unless the stretch pulls the rock apart sufficiently, no oozing of magma will occur. Some hot spots occur where subduction occurs. Hot spots in the Pacific are found along the borders between the Pacific plate, which are many and not the single plate assumed. Yellowstone is a famous hot spot that will likewise lose its strength over time, because the American west is being pushed over Pacific plates. Hot spots in the interior of a plate not subject to nearby subduction or to a stretch will react during the coming pole shift according to the stress on the plate.



The Mexico earthquake on September 8, 2017 showed buoy activity all along the N American Plate, and down along the spine of the Andes in S America. The buoys also went off up along the East Coast of the US, across the Caribbean, throughout Central America. This certainly encompassed the Gulf of Mexico Hot Spot. It also encompassed poor little Panama. How is all this stress related to a valid UFO sighting in Panama just recently?



ZetaTalk Comment 3/31/2018: The trends in this rapidly moving UFO display are from few to many orbs, which means the troubles for Panama will develop rapidly and multiply. This warning is urgent and pertinent to the immediate time, because the S American roll is due to finalize. The UFO’s first form a vertical line, then a horizontal line, then a box, which represents the different plate movement pressure on Panama. Panama is at the juncture of the Caribbean, S America, and Cocos plates and all three will be on the move during finalizing of the 7 of 10 plate movements.

The Caribbean and S American Plate both push West, but will not move at the exact same time, so Panama is ruptured horizontally during this process. When Panama rides over the Cocos Plate, this heaving will pull it apart again, vertically. Panama is boxed in. The double helix pattern represents what wobble sloshing water will do to the lowlands of Panama. The daily Earth wobble has formed a Figure 8 since 2004, a twirling double helix when seen from above the N Pole. Shattered land opens up new avenues for sea water to intrude.



The Zetas have advised almost total destruction of Central America during the forthcoming Pole Shift, and much trauma during the 7 of 10 Plate Movements. They advise migrating to Colombia or up into Mexico. It is clear from boundary maps and elevation maps that Panama is vulnerable. Crushed by plate movements, washed over by tides, and this is written in the geography, so will not change. When the locks break the uneven water level between the Gulf and the Pacific will create a rush of water through Panama also. Panama is a death trap.

ZetaTalk Prediction 2010: Costa Rica and the Yucatan Peninsula, being low lying areas subject to ocean sloshing, will find the flood tide washing over them during the hour of the shift, washing away or drowning all who live there. For Panama, of course, there can be no question as it is already threatened by rising seas. Higher points in Central America, the mountains of El Salvador and Nicaragua, are riddled with volcanoes, which will be regularly erupting as the shift approaches and will explode violently during the hour of the shift itself. Thus, there is little safety there, even temporarily. During the time when the plates are slamming into each other, Central America and the Caribbean will suffer, as the weak link. These small plates will crumble and be crushed, creating such instability that anticipating a land ride in any of these locations is an extreme toss of the dice. After the shift, the rising sea level will put all who survive under water in these locations. Those who wish to survive and have the means to take action are advised not to be in Central America or the Caribbean during the shift.



ZetaTalk Prediction 2010: If total destruction does not occur during the 7 of 10, it will during the hour of the pole shift if not before that time. We have described the 7 of 10 as moving the top of S American Plate 250 miles to the west. Not all this movement involves S America, due to adjustments elsewhere, but nevertheless Panama and Costa Rica will be crushed during the 7 of 10 by the grinding movement of the hump as the great S American Plate grinds over it.
