Parkland Shooting

Was the Stoneman Douglas high school shooting in Parkland a deliberate setup? The Zetas warn that the New World Order agenda includes disarming the US citizen, so that maneuvers taking control of the government cannot be challenged. There are many clues that the Stoneman massacre was facilitated, allowing gun control and the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms to be challenged at this time. Bill Cooper detailed this plan in his 1991 book, Behold a Pale Horse. The parallels to the Parkland shooting are astonishing. The FBI dropped an explicit tip, failing to forward this to the Miami office. Per the Zetas, this was deliberate.

ZetaTalk Comment 2/28/2018: We have explained why the New World Order crowd wants chaos to incite World War III, in order to take advantage of the disruption to solidify their control over the world. The US has the largest military in the world, in fact is as large as all other militaries in the world combined. This is a plumb the New World Order crowd wants to control. But the US populace is also difficult to control because of gun ownership. Thus school massacres are used to foment anti-gun legislation, potentially a Constitutional amendment. Since most massacres are done entirely by individuals, such New World Order manipulation is primarily opportunism, taking advantage of the situation.

The FBI was warned last month that Nikolas Cruz was an armed psycho who might shoot up a school — but it didn’t bother investigating. But the agency said it failed to pass on any of that information to its Miami field office, even though its own protocols say he “should have been assessed as a potential threat to life.”

A person close to the teenager accused of killing 17 people at a Florida high school warned the FBI she was concerned he would “get into a school and just shoot the place up”. The transcript provides chilling detail about the woman’s efforts on January 5 to warn authorities about Nikolas Cruz’s propensity for violence and his troubled past. The woman provided a number of specifics about Mr. Cruz, identifying him by name, saying he lived in Parkland, Fla., naming his workplace and giving the address and number of the family with whom he was staying. The caller described disturbing behavior by Mr. Cruz, including a propensity for cutting up frogs and, at least on one occasion, a bird. The caller provided detailed information about several of Mr. Cruz’s social-media accounts and encouraged the FBI to examine them, carefully spelling out each username.

ZetaTalk Comment 2/28/2018: Did the FBI deliberately drop the tip on Cruz? Yes, but this was the act of a single FBI agent, part of the Deep State agenda which is pervasive in all federal agencies. Deep State corruption occurs primarily at the top of an agency, such as Comey and McCabe trying to assist the Hillary Clinton campaign, but sleeper cells cannot be discovered until they act. Cruz was worth the sacrifice, as his mother had died, leaving him essentially without supervision, and he had ready access to guns including automatic weapons which were supplied to him. It was not Pharma drugs, anti-depressants, that incited Cruz as he was already filled with the constant rage that the highly Service-to-Self possess. He was a weapon in the Deep State arsenal.

The Sheriff’s Department had apparently been ordered to stay out of the high school for fear of offending the students with drug and gun searches. Thus the Sheriff’s deputies had to wait for several minutes for the local police to arrive before trying to stop the shooter. The Sheriff was a staunch Hillary supporter, and lived in US District 23, the Waserman Schultz district. Local authorities dropped dozens of tips, allowing Cruz to roam free while possessing automatic guns. The local climate was certainly conducive to the anti-gun Clinton cabal agenda.

As the details behind the Police response to the Valentines Day massacre emerge, it appears that the Coral Springs Police department - which sent 130 officers to the scene - put their lives on the line while Broward County officers simply waited for backup as the scene unfolded. Four Broward Sheriff's deputies, including fired High School Resource Officer Scot Peterson, had their pistols drawn from behind the safety of their vehicles, and "not one of them had gone into the school."

Then there is the handy student reporter, David Hogg, who attended Stoneman high and was onsite and interviewing other students right after the event. David’s mom just happens to work at CNN and is friends with Anderson Cooper. David’s dad is a retired FBI agent. David was conveniently in a video about a similar attack made during a drill the same day as the shooting, causing many to accuse him of being a “crisis actor”. Then there was also the dual fire drill that day, the second time during the attack so students rushed out into the halls, making them more vulnerable.

David Hogg, Son of FBI agent caught on video “interviewing” student about shooting 4 HOURS ahead of Actual Shooting. In this video supposedly made by David Hogg during the shooting, Hogg says the time is 9:32. Not that the shooting actually happened at 2:19. There was a drill earlier that morning during which Davide Hogg made this video and tried to pass it off as a video of the "attack". Therefore, David Hogg knew about the later "attack" ahead of time. Thus, David Hogg is a crisis actor. Since Hogg's father is a former FBI agent, we must conclude that the FBI was in on the planning of this fake event.

ZetaTalk Comment 2/28/2018: Is David Hogg a crisis actor, hired to pretend he is a student at the Stoneman high school in Parkland, Florida? He is a student in high school there, but is ambitious to be a talking head on TV or in the movies. Indeed his mother works for CNN and is acquainted with Anderson Cooper. Indeed, his father is a retired FBI agent and among those supporting Hillary in 2016. He was flown into California in 2017 for practice, appearing on TV as a supposed witness to a shooting. Primed to deliver fake news by both his parents, he was ready when the Stoneman massacre was primed to happen.

Shooter Personalities

There has been much speculation on Internet forums about whether the Stoneman high shooter was a Manchurian Candidate, programmed by the CIA’s shadowy MK Ultra program, or how much he was affected by any drugs he might have been taking. The Zetas point out that a human cannot be programmed to do an act it would not otherwise do. Cruz was known to be sadistic, doing autopsies on living animals as a child. Cruz was also autistic, as was the Sandy Hook shooter who had Asperger Syndrome. As the enigmatic Q notes, autistic shooters with ready access to guns are ideal programmed killers, as they often lack empathy and fly into rages.

Nikolas had been diagnosed with autism. If Cruz was in fact taking drugs for depression, his deadly outburst would follow an established pattern of mass shooters who were also on psychotropic medication. ZetaTalk Comment 2/28/2018: Did the CIA have a MK Ultra program in the past, to study and develop subjects that could be used like Manchurian Candidates to do the bidding of their CIA handlers? Yes, but as we have stated, such control is not possible. The human must already be amenable to the suggestion, planning to do this themselves, in fact, for there to be any effect. Thus any encouragement, whether coming from a face to face handler or over the phone, must be considered just that – encouragement. That said, are certain individuals identified and encouraged by those wishing to seed chaos in the US? Absolutely.

Autistic individuals, or those with Asperger syndrome, are not inherently more prone to harm others, but as with the populace as a whole, a small percentage are incarnated with highly Service-to-Self souls who want control over others, and the ability to harm others is a power trip. Autism also affords a benefit to the handlers looking to seed chaos, in that empathy is often lacking, and a tendency to fly into a rage when thwarted is present. This, in combination with access to guns, can be an explosive combination, as the recent Florida school massacre and the Sandy Hook massacre showed.



ZetaTalk Sandy Hook 1/19/2013: The home was stocked with an arsenal. Adam had been taken to the range for target practice by his mother. Adam was highly intelligent, and given his Asperger’s syndrome was able to control his emotions during his rampage. Adam expected to escape, using his brothers ID. Adam anticipated becoming an adult soon, and inheriting the funds his mother had formerly controlled. His mother was in the process of filing papers allowing her to continue to control his funds, and by this signed her death warrant.

As with the Stoneman high shooter in Parkland, whose supply of guns was known to his parents and foster parents, the Sandy Hook shooter had access to guns with his mother’s full permission. Cruz was diagnosed with Autism and Adam with Asperger Syndrome. But what of the hundreds of other rampages where the shooter was not so afflicted? An autist is not inherently a monster, as the list of famous autists shows – Albert Einstein, Wolfgang Mozart, Stephen Spielberg, Bill Gates, and Charles Darwin among them.



More pertinent than any autism or mental illness or medications an individual might be taking is the issue of the quality of the incarnated soul, the spiritual orientation. In almost all cases, the soul incarnated in a shooter is not caring, but self-focused. In some cases, per the Zetas, these school massacres are done as a type of application for a future position on a Prison Planet, to show how cruel they can be. This was the case for the Columbine and Virginia Tech shooting.

So what's going on, with some of the very violent young people in the news lately, or with the extreme sadism in certain pockets of the Earth. ZetaTalk Virginia Tech 4/18/2007: The reason for the cold hearted blood lust is not some black ops under human control but an audition. The shooter, the perpetrator, is auditioning for a spot in the hierarchy among the Service-to-Self, on the Service-to-Self worlds they will be incarnating into next. The Call for counseling by Service-to-Self aliens is done by the human being in an almost continuous state of rage. The Service-to-Self want life wrapped around them, serving them, no blocks to their satisfactions or desires, no challenge to their authority or sense of ego.

Changing Face of Nibiru

Since Nibiru arrived in the inner solar system in 2003, the Nibiru complex has been visible as dramatic Second Sun sightings at dawn and dusk when sunlight bounces off the dust cloud that shrouds Nibiru. The double helix formed by two dominant Moon Swirls on either side of Nibiru was and is visible. The Moon Swirls were visible as brilliant orbs when sunlight bounced down the long Moon Swirl tubes. The tail of Nibiru swept down under the Sun, in the view from Earth, then to the left and up around to the top of the Sun, in a retrograde manner.  A String of Pearls would occasionally be seen.




Then things changed. In October the fact of magnetic fields forming around Moon Swirls became apparent. In December it was obvious that the tail of Nibiru was being blown directly at the Earth, as more detail on the shape of the Moon Swirls was apparent. In December, the Check Mark Moon Swirl was shown to be more of a Boomerang shape, with webbing connecting the arms. By January it was obvious that the Moon Swirl clusters were on the move within the vast tail, with the Boomerang forming a circle when the backside faced the Earth. The Zetas explained.




ZetaTalk Explanation 1/31/2018: This odd circle of Moons is the Check-Mark, aka Boomerang Moon Swirl turned sideways. Now one sees both arms of the Check-Mark in their full glory, with all the moons visible. This arrangement of moons formed due to one dominant moon having two sub-dominant moons on either side, an arrangement that Nibiru itself has with its shoulder pad appearance, the double helix. Each sub-dominant moon of the Check-Mark then finds smaller moons attracted to it trailing behind. That the circle seems to close is due to each arm of the Check-Mark being attracted to the other arm. This is a gravity dance.

In addition to details about the composition of the tail and the moons within the Moon Swirls, with the tail being blown closer to Earth, blown directly at the Earth, we can see evidence of the Earth wobble. In January a series of photos by Alberto showed Nibiru located at the traditional 4 o’clock position to the Sun, and then swinging to the 7 o’clock position, due to the Earth tilting during the daily Earth wobble. The relationship of the increased wobble to the tail debris onslaught is intuitively obvious. Once again, the Zetas explain.



ZetaTalk Explanation 1/31/2018: Nibiru is normally sighted from the temperate regions in the Northern Hemisphere at the 4 o’clock position to the Sun. But in the Southern Hemisphere, such as Brazil, it is found at the 11 o’clock position. This is because the view of the Sun torques, depending upon the angle of the viewer. But without the wobble, the viewer should have a consistent point where Nibiru is found. Yet in the photos from Albero in Italy, all taken close to noon, Nibiru is found from the 4 o’clock to the 7 o’clock position. Due to the Italy tilt during the wobble, the N Pole is thrown temporarily to the West, shifting the view at those times to the 7 o’clock position.

By February, the fact of the tail wafting directly between the Earth and Sun was obvious, not only from Alberto’s filtered photos but confirmed by photos from elsewhere. Photos from Ufa in Russia showed many light emitting blobs below, above, and then to the right of the Sun as it rose on February 23. A matching photo from Alberto taken on February 20 shows a literal fog bank in front of the Sun, caused by Nibiru’s tail standing between the Earth and the Sun. A matching photo from Croatia on February 11 also shows a bright blob to the right of the Sun.

We are here in Russia discussing the latest changes in the sky. In many Russian cities, in the last month, the sun appears in the form of a candle or a torch. I saw similar photos from other countries. I suppose this is due to the overhanging tail of Nibiru and its components? Tail distorts the light up and down like a beam? These photos were taken at dawn today in the city of Ufa. At the beginning of the sunrise, the sphere is clearly visible, is this the moon of Nibiru? Further the sphere dissolves into a torch of light.

If the moon and debris ridden tail of Nibiru is blowing directly at the Earth now, will any of the moons come close? Per the Zetas in 2002, the moons of Nibiru never stray farther than 5 million miles from Nibiru. They will not impact Earth. Debris is already peppering the Earth, however, and this will certainly continue. Meanwhile, with Nibiru drawing closer and the tail blowing directly at the Earth, the face of the Nibiru complex as seen from Earth has changed!

ZetaTalk Detail 12/2002: The whole panorama, in ancient folklore, is described as a dragon, which brings to mind a long and twisting tail, legs, wings, with a distinct head. Where dust in the tail, and some debris the size of gravel and boulders, reach the Earth during this passage some 14 million miles from the earth, the Moons stay closer to [Nibiru] which at all times is the dominant gravity draw for them. You can consider the Moons to be within 5 million miles of Planet X, as the maximum distance they will stray.
