Australia is in the process of resetting its GPS pointers, as apparently Australia has moved 5 feet to the North. This has hit the press because automated equipment relying upon GPS falters. Driverless cars, driverless tractors, and delivery drones falter.

If you want to start using driverless cars, accurate map information is fundamental. We have tractors in Australia starting to go around farms without a driver, and if the information about the farm doesn't line up with the co-ordinates coming out of the navigation system there will be problems. The Geocentric Datum of Australia, the country's local co-ordinate system, was last updated in 1994. Since then, Australia has moved about 1.5 metres north. So on 1 January 2017, the country's local co-ordinates will also be shifted further north - by 1.8m.

If you’re a regular user of satellite navigation services, you’ve likely noticed that the coordinates aren’t always pin-point accurate. If you’re in Australia, you might have noticed a strange consistency in this imprecision—specifically, that everything is about 1.5 meters (just under 5 feet) off the mark. For example, the United States’ NAVSTAR Global Positioning System (one of only two operational global satellite navigation systems), uses WGS 84, which is tied to the Earth’s core rather than one tectonic plate, but most U.S. maps use NAD 83, which is tied to the North American tectonic plate. That’s why Google Maps is sometimes a little off, in case you were wondering.

The current GPS pointers were set in 1994, and apparently Australia is the only place on Earth experiencing this pain. Why Australia? It lies on the Indo-Australian Plate, which is the first plate to move during the Zeta described 7 of 10 plate movements. The Zetas described it as the brake point. The establishment has no real explanation for why Australia is the only country needing this reset. But the Zetas explain it, as usual.



ZetaTalk Description 10/16/2010: The 7 of 10 scenarios describe plate movements, and for this to occur something has to release the deadlock, the current stalemate where the plates are locked against each other. The current lock, as we have so often stated, is the Indo-Australian Plate which is being driven under the Himalayans. This is no small lock, as the height of the Himalayans attests. Nevertheless, the activity in this region shows this likely to be the first of the 7 of 10 scenarios to manifest. Bangladesh is sinking and the Coral Sea is rising, showing the overall tipping of the Indo-Australian Plate. Now Pakistan is sinking and not draining its floods as it should, while Jakarta on the tongue of Indonesia is also sinking rapidly, showing that the tilt that will allow Indonesia to sink has already started.

A dwarf planet half the size of Britain has been found tumbling through space in the most distant reaches of the solar system. The unknown world, dubbed 'Planet X' by others, is thought to be 10 times more massive than Earth and the furthest planet from the sun - but its exact location is unknown. Earlier this years experts said The Dark Energy Survey, a Southern Hemisphere observation project designed to probe the acceleration of the universe, by looking at the most distant galaxies, may hold the key to Planet Nine. The evidence for a ninth planet in our solar system might be hiding in data gathered as part of the survey, and if so it could be found by the end of summer. DES might have been looking in exactly the right place to spot the mysterious world.  Most of the area of the sky that will be looked at has been surveyed so far, so if the planet is there and in the right part of its orbit, it should be hiding in the data.

Now the first new concept to be presented during Prong 3 has emerged – retrograde orbit objects within the Solar System. Of note is that Nibiru passes through the Solar System in a retrograde orbit, rotates in a retrograde rotation, and its vast tail full of Moon Swirls blowing out from the magnetic N Pole of Nibiru also rotates in a retrograde direction. The Zetas presented all this at the start of the ZetaTalk saga, in 1997 when discussing the reason all the planets orbit in the same direction as the Sun’s rotation. They spoke of a solar emission called the “sweeping arms of the Sun”.



ZetaTalk Explanation 1/15/1997: As [Nibiru] approaches, moving steadily closer and picking up speed due to the gravity tug of the Sun, the energy field from the Sun is more intense and takes longer to sweep past. [Nibiru’s] reaction to this is still a slight movement sweeping ahead of this energy field, but as the energy field passes is then a stronger jerk backwards, away from the passing arm of the Sun's energy field.  The backward reaction is due to the nature of the sweeping arm, like the cutting edge of a knife most intense at the cutting edge of the arm, but with more bulk of the energy field trailing after the cutting edge. Thus, as the sweeping arm of this energy field passes [Nibiru], which in no way could stay ahead of this sweeping arm at the distance it is from the Sun, [Nibiru’s] reaction to the bulk of the energy field is longer lasting and begins to produce a retrograde orbit for its approach to the Sun. Thus it develops a retrograde orbit and begins to move to the right, in the manner the ancients recorded.

Thus, in 1997, early in the ZetaTalk saga when the Zetas laid out the path of Nibiru as it approaches the Solar System and prepared to pass through, they showed the path in 1983, when Nibiru was discovered by the IRAS team, in a normal counterclockwise orbit, but show it switching to a retrograde (clockwise) orbit as it draws close.



Now Prong 3 is introducing the concept of retrograde objects within the Solar System. Niku, newly discovered, has a retrograde orbit, and was discovered by the Hawaii observatory, one of the Prong 3 cast of characters.

Scientists noticed that rebel Niku seems to be hanging around a gang of other strangely aligned objects. The Pan-STARRS 1 telescope in Hawaii spotted the mini planet Niku. A tiny, mystery planet located on the far side of Neptune is breaking all the rules and leaving scientists baffled.  Niku, named after Chinese word for ‘Rebel’, has a diameter of just 200km (120 miles), is 160,000-times smaller than Neptune and behaves like no other similarly-sized planet in the Solar System. This trans-Neptunian object orbits the Sun in a retrograde direction, meaning it rotates in the opposite direction to the Sun’s rotation. The angle it takes for this unusual orbit is at 110 degrees to the flat plane of the Solar System, on which other planets move around the Sun. Matthew Holman of Harvard-Smithsonian Centre for Astrophysics was among the team of scientists who discovered Niku and admits this phenomenon throws up many questions. He said: “It suggests there's more going on in the outer Solar System than we're fully aware of.” It's quite possible Niku is part of a group of highly-inclined objects all moving in a strange orbital pattern around the Solar System.

ZetaTalk Insight 8/20/2016: This is a big Prong 3 push. The key word is “retrograde”, which is characteristic of Nibiru in both its orbit past the Sun, its rotation, and the rotation of the swirls in its tail. Retrograde is a clockwise motion. All else in the Solar System goes counter clockwise – the Sun, the Sun’s rotation, and the orbiting planets. We explained this at the start of the ZetaTalk saga. The ancients were also aware that Nibiru would approach with a retrograde orbit. This retrograde swirl in the tail of Nibiru shows up in Alberto’s photos, as the tail swirls out from Nibiru at the 4 o’clock position to the Sun, thence under the Sun, then upward to the left side of the Sun, thence overhead of the Sun.

Niku is not Nibiru, but is a moon that formerly traveled with Nibiru, and thus its retrograde orbit within the Solar System. If Prong 1 introduced the concept of the Sun’s dark binary 18.74 Sun-Pluto distances out toward Orion, and Prong 2 introduced the concept of many exoplanets near and far, most nearby still being discovered, then Prong 3 was to introduce Nibiru near the Sun. The theme throughout was that astronomers were being surprised by what they find, and more join the search to answer open questions raised by these discoveries. Now we hear that odd retrograde objects are discovered. Soon one that entered the Solar System in 2003 will show up on the Dark Energy Survey, and lead to Nibiru itself.

Hillary Health Lies

The lies about Hillary’s health, where she is supposedly fit to serve as President and has no health issues, are unraveling. In Issue 513 we detailed her well documented seizure on June 10. In Issue 515 we covered the revelation that she has Binswanger's Disease, early dementia caused by atherosclerosis, which can cause seizures, and we detailed a seizure in front of the cameras during the DNC balloon release. Hillary has MS, requiring her to wear Fresnel lens to correct double vision. All of this is flatly denied by the Hillary campaign, which carefully releases only those photos that put Hillary in a good light. But the truth has a way of surfacing. The astute public has noted that a special Secret Service agent, who wears an ID for the Secret Service as well as a lapel pin identifying him as a Physician’s Assistant, has a Diazepam pen in his left hand as he walks close at hand to Hillary following the seizure.  Diazepam is Valium, and is used to quiet seizures.

Twitter detectives found a new picture of Hillary’s handler — a mysterious man with what looks like a medical lapel-pin that follows Clinton everywhere she goes, helps her up stairs, and calms her down when she’s seizing up because of stress.

After her DNC seizure, when she is still dazed from the seizure, he also fishes out a pen light from his right pocket to guide her out the door. Left hand pocket for Diazepam injection, right hand pocket for light pen. Post seizure, there is limited ability to think cognitively for a period of time. Guiding the feet by light is a technique used to help Parkinson Disease patients.



Per the Zetas, Hillary’s cough is caused by heart failure, the lungs starting to fill with water on occasion.

It is rumored that she wears a defibrillator under her tunic, a well known means of stabilizing the heart during heart failure. This avoids the need for calling medics with paddles, should the weakened heart start fibrillating. Photos taken during a Black Lives Matter protest show a suspicious box under her tunic, in the shape and location of a portable defibrillator.



Heart failure causes bloat, the body retaining water, and Hillary's problem with belly bloat cannot be hidden. She often looks very pregnant, and then is gone for days to recover. Strong water pills mean frequent runs to the toilet, the kidney's working overtime, so what to do if campaign events require her to be out and about? Wear a Foley Catheter and water bag along the right leg! This was captured on film August 10.



Her sudden reduction in bloat going into the August 15 event in Scranton with Biden is also documented on film. Bloated on August 8, 10, and 11 then disappeared during August 12, 13, 14 and then voile! A flat belly during the Biden event.



Then there is the odd photo from the DNC celebration, where Hillary’s tongue is filmed with an obvious hole. Compared to earlier photos, it is apparent that a round growth was cut out. Speculation runs rampant that she has some form of Oropharyngeal cancer caused by HPV, a virus spread by sexual contact. If she is taking immune suppressant drugs to control her MS, then cancers can develop. Hillary healthy? Hardly.

As numerous users posting in the Twitter hashtag #HillarysTongue have noticed, there appears to be a hole in the middle of her tongue. This mark, as many have pointed out, may be a sign of cancer, meaning that the Democrats have nominated someone whose health may be at major risk throughout her presidency.

Delay 2016 Elections

Repeatedly mentioned as a way of preventing the Clinton Crime Family from gaining the White House, delaying or deferring the 2016 elections is top on the list. This was detailed in Issue 507 of this newsletter in June. Meanwhile, as Nibiru approaches for a passage, the Earth changes will create so much chaos in the world that elections will be moot in any case. A type of martial law will exist in almost every country. For the US, this is already in place, as Dunford is in charge. What would a delay of the 2016 elections in the US mean? The status quo would continue, Obama continuing into a Third Term, and the US increasingly under National Emergency orders.



This issue has come up repeatedly during this past year. Obama joked around about his Third Term in August, 2015 on the Jimmy Kimmel show, anticipating at that time that he would announce the presence of Nibiru, sparking the need for martial law and deferred 2016 elections. Jade Helm was in place at that time, to deal with the riots anticipated to occur. Then Obama lacked courage and Dunford took over. Meanwhile the Puppet Master had encouraged Trump to enter the race to counter both the Bush and Clinton legacy families.



The Zetas have stated that the Council of Worlds might give Dunford “cover” so he would have an excuse to delay the 2016 election, and would do so as some sort of Earth changes. For instance, a severe Earth wobble, which was apparently on the minds of the circle makers when they laid this obvious Crop Circle design in Germany in late July.

ZetaTalk Inference 7/30/2016: We have in the past mentioned a wobble within a wobble that would emerge, but did not detail the effect of such a redundant wobble. As this is about to emerge, we will detail the effect now. The Figure 8 does not stop merely because the globe has had its N Pole pushed away into a temporary period of darkness for the Northern Hemisphere. Even while dealing with unusual darkness, the population affected will note the Figure 8 swings to the left and right. Likewise for any temporary leans into opposition or leans to the left or right.

A severe wobble seemed to be on the minds of the Zetas too when they gave a detailed description of the types of temporary wobbles that Earthlings might experience, presented in a new ZetaTalk discussing the heat wave in the US. There was no need for the Zetas to elaborate, but they did.



ZetaTalk Inference 7/23/2016: Until the Last Weeks arrive, the Earth wobble will get increasingly worse. The daily Figure 8 will be interspersed with occasional Leans into Opposition, where the N Pole of Earth points more directly at the Sun. There may also be brief times when the N Pole of Earth points away from the Sun, though these will be brief and should not be considered the start of the Last Weeks. What will increasingly happen is an occasional Lean to the Left, where the Earth’s flip to the left and right become extreme so the Sun is warming all latitudes equally.

After Hillary became the Democratic nominee, the Zetas were very pointed in their warnings about what might happen. Let the public consider themselves warned. The additional benefits of a severe wobble would be that the people of planet Earth would connect the dots. Nibiru is real, present, nearby, and heading for a passage.

ZetaTalk Inference 7/30/2016: Dunford is not without support. There are dozens of teams of humans on Earth working during the Earth’s spiritual Transformation that are righting wrongs and blocking fraud and abuse. This includes Anonymous and the groups that work with Fulford, as well as ZetaTalk. The Earth may be in the hands of man, but the Council of Worlds does step in on occasion, and the Council wants the people of Earth to be informed about Nibiru’s pending passage. Hillary in the White House is not seen in a positive light by the Council.  

There is the possibility of Earth changes allowing Dunford to halt the 2016 election. Mere earthquakes or volcanic eruptions would not be enough, nor could a major New Madrid rupture occur in time. Nor is the public reading about the exoplanets enough to alarm them re a Nibiru passage pending. But violent wobbles would be noted by the world, and would make the fact of the End Times undeniable. This could easily be accomplished by the Council, and is a distinct possibility.
