Vitamins in Nature

For the monthly broadcast on USA Emergency Broadcasting Network, I lectured on how to find vitamins in nature when the vitamin bottle is empty and fresh food at the grocery store is not available. In other words, when the Pole Shift has created devastation everywhere, particularly for those in cities or suburbia who are not on a farm or do not have a garden. The lecture is now available as a YouTube. The gist is that eating bugs, weeds, earthworms, and an occasional uncooked squirrel or fish will get you through. For those trying to escape the city, scavenging through the suburbs, and hoping to end up at a farming community, they are likely to have little else.



A lack of Vitamin C will cause Scurvy - painful and deadly. Eating salt pork and biscuits, the early explorers were devastated by Scurvy. Vasco de Gama lost 116 out of 170 men in 1499, and in 1520, Magellan lost 208 out of 230. Little known is that Cabbage and Kale and Potatoes have more Vitamin C than Orange Juice, as do weeds such as Sheep Sorrel, Scurvy Grass, and Dandelion. The Eskimo get their Vitamin C from eating seal skin, meat, and liver - raw. Heat kills Vitamin C.



Among the B vitamins, a lack of thiamin (B1) will cause Beriberi. In the past, the elite in Europe and elsewhere developed Beriberi due to eating white rice, which had the vitamin rich husk removed. Beriberi afflicts those living on a limited diet, as in prisoner of war camps. Thin as sticks, a sufferer looks like they have starved, though this is not the case. It is a lack of thiamin, and it is deadly.



Bugs are rich in thiamin, as well as almost all the B vitamins. Rumpold and Schlüter (2013) compiled the nutrient compositions for 236 edible insects, and found that many edible insects provide satisfactory amounts of energy and protein, meet amino acid requirements for humans, are high in monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids, and are rich in micronutrients such as copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, selenium and zinc, as well as riboflavin, pantothenic acid, biotin and, in some cases, folic acid. The later are B vitamins. The abundance of B vitamins in bugs is significantly higher than in beef or whole grain breads.



Pellagra is a deficiency in B3, causing diarrhea, dermatitis, dementia and finally death. In the past it was caused by a strict corn diet and lack of fresh meat. For awhile, it was thought that corn might be poisonous. China, parts of Africa, Indonesia, and North Korea all have endemic pellagra among their lowest classes. Earthworms are high in B3, as is fish oil. Earthworms have omega-3 as their essential oil, and are 82% protein.



A folic acid (B9) deficiency can be very serious, especially in a pregnant woman. B9 is involved in the development of the fetal brain and spinal cord. Birth defects such as spinal bifida can result.  Folate has the same root as the word foliage, and folic acid is found liberally in greens such as spinach and turnip greens. If you don’t have a garden, for heaven’s sake don’t overlook the weeds! Folate is found in all leafy greens. Wild greens, such as dandelion, lamb’s quarter, amaranth, and stinging nettle are especially rich in folate. Lamb's Quarters also has triple the amount of calcium when compared to spinach. Stinging nettle is high in iron. Stinging nettle, by the way, does not sting after being cooked in the steamer.


Vitamin A deficiency is most notable for its effect on the eyes. According to the World Health Organization, a lack of vitamin A is the leading cause of preventable blindness in children - conjunctivitis, eye infections, and a damaged cornea young in life. It also expresses as hyperkeratosis, excessive skin growth. Unlike Vitamin C and the B Vitamins, which the body flushes if in excess of what one needs, one can get too much Vitamin A from liver or vitamin pills. Many weeds, such as Plantain, are rich in Vitamin A, and once again bugs come to the rescue, being likewise high in Vitamin A.



Rickets is a deficiency disease caused by a lack of Vitamin D. Rickets causes muscles and bones to become soft, which can cause permanent deformities in children. Vitamin D is required for calcium to be properly absorbed into bones to strengthen them. Vitamin D itself is obtained from many foods such as mushrooms , fish, and liver, but the body can only use it if it has been converted into its active form via sunlight. It is estimated that 40% of the world’s population is affected by a Vitamin D deficiency.

Wild Winter Weather

The weather wobbles have gotten worse, since we last featured them in this newsletter on March 9, 2014. Wobble weather is difficult to track, even when taking the wobble into consideration, as air turbulence is creating clashing air masses. But it is clear that the Polar Push has created intense cold in Russia’s Far East and on the opposite side of the globe, unseasonable and record breaking warmth in Europe and, during Christmas 2015 on the US East Coast.  The Pole Shift ning blog on weather wobbles has been very busy. Earlier in July, 2015 sweltering record-breaking heat was noted in Iran, Pakistan, and India.

The weather phenomenon is not only felt extremely: Since the recording of weather data in 1761 it has never been so warm in December. Also of November this year had already broken this record.

Where the establishment has tried to blame the weather wobbles on an El Nino, they avoid talking about why the Pacific waters have warmed up. Where did the El Nino come from?



ZetaTalk Interpretation 8/22/2015: Why have the waters in the northern Pacific warmed up? It is clear that El Nino is related to volcanic activity and earthquakes in Indonesia. We have stated that the roiling of magma due to the approach of Planet X, aka Nibiru, is another factor related to the increase in volcanic activity. El Nino in the past has emerged as a hot spot in Indonesia which travels due to the ocean tides to the East, affecting the weather along the coastlines of North and South America. The current heating of the ocean waters in the northern Pacific is not due to volcanic or earthquake activity, but plate compression which likewise generates heat. N America is being pulled into an extreme bow.

The current weather extremes around the globe can be blamed on the wobble, which has increased in its violence, the swath and breadth of its swings. The public is noting that the Sun is rising and setting in the wrong place, daylight lingering too long or coming too early, or the globe being plunged into darkness too quickly at dusk. Meanwhile, the weather extremes cannot be ignored. For starters, in the middle of Winter, the Arctic is 60? F above normal, close to the melting point!

The hike in temperature is reportedly due to the same low pressure system which has brought flood chaos to England and Scotland, and made areas of the Arctic up to 35?C (63°F) warmer than the seasonal average. Typically, the Arctic would be expected to be somewhere in the depths of up to -35°C (-31°F) in December, with 24 hour darkness. The December temperatures at the North Pole have only reached or gone above freezing just three times since 1948.

The Zetas predicted these weather wobbles over a decade ago.

ZetaTalk Prediction 12/6/2004: If the Earth has been in a wobble since last May, at this early date a relatively gentle tug on the southern portion of the highly magnetized Atlantic Rift, was this a factor in the record typhoon and hurricane seasons? Most certainly. Now that a more violent polar wobble has started, will the weather be exempt? Hardly. Where the Earth is pulled, the atmosphere is not, and lingers where it was while the crust moves beneath it. Will this trend continue, and become more extreme? Why would it not, in an Earth wobble that we have predicted will become more extreme as Planet X swings its N. Pole, a hose of magnetic particles that cannot be ignored, toward Earth. Earth attempts to align with the dominant magnet in the Solar System, the Sun, but can only do so in this instance when its own vulnerable N. Pole is hidden from Planet X, that portion of the day when India faces the Sun. The push of the Earth’s vulnerable N. Pole away will occur with more violence, the rebound back to align with the Sun’s dominant voice will occur with more violence, and the weather will follow!

And where were we in December, 2015? Record flooding along the Mississippi. And record flooding across the Atlantic in Wales and Britain.

Race to the Moon

The Moon has been a handy outpost for lots of activity in the past, per the Zetas, being used by the Annunaki for communications, by genetic engineers who wanted labs away from the large predators on Earth, and currently, on the Dark Side of the Moon, for aliens in the Service-to-Self required to remain in 3rd density during their visitations with those on Earth giving the Call to the Service-to-Self.

ZetaTalk Overview 12/15/1995: Despite NASA denials, all the structures on the Moon are not natural, nor are they man-made. The Moon, so close to Earth yet clear of the Earth's congested surface and atmosphere, has been used by many alien groups, and for many reasons. Currently it is a home for those in the Service-to-Self, who reside there in 3rd Density. However, their home is not what has humans talking, as they are placed on what is called the dark side of the Moon, never visible from Earth. During the era when the hominoid visitors from the 12th Planet were running mining operations on the Earth, primarily for gold, they used the Moon as a communication outpost, as it was free of cloud cover and allowed for a more precise aim through space. The Moon was thus a booster, magnifying signals sent from Earth and sending a clear strong signal into space. These communications went to their mining operations on Mars, but primarily to their home planet when it drew near, as the opportunity for contact with home was not to be missed. 

However, earlier still the Moon was used as an outpost by groups conducting genetic engineering operations on Earth, as many of these groups found the Earth to be a virtual swamp of life - murky, unpredictable, crawling with bugs and germs, and subject to erratic weather extremes. Their scientists had their specimens brought to the lab for detail work, and returned the fertilized ova for implantation. To these aliens, the shuttle to Earth was insignificant, where the controlled environment of their Moon cities was a relief. Thus, the structures seen on the Moon are ancient, and are a combination of the shards of Moon cities from genetic engineering operations and the shards of communication crystals - abandoned and idle but causing quite a stir among humans these days.

Annunaki artifacts have been retrieved from the Moon, and the Apollo shuttles to the Moon stopped because all the evidence on the Moon was threatening to break the cover-up over the alien presence.  

ZetaTalk Insight 4/15/1996: The world watched in rapt attention during the first Apollo Moon landing - a first for mankind. The comments made by the astonished astronauts, who noted signs that they were not the first visitors to the Moon, have generated all manner of speculation. What did they see? From the Earth, the surface of the Moon looks placid, unwashed by water and without an atmosphere, nothing moves on the pock marked surface. Up close, however, one would discover dust covered litter and tracks left by vehicles, unmistakable signs that mankind was not the first. Machinery parts, collapsed structures, tie lines, and even a wheel or two here and there, covered by space dust that never washes away, these items look no different from Earth than the dust covered rocks and craters.

Now, with the threat of another pending passage of Nibiru causing a devastating Pole Shift on Earth, NASA, the ESA, and the Republican Congress are at it again. Back to the Moon! One plan is to use 3D printing to produce Moon habitats.

Earlier this month, Congress passed a spending bill that would give NASA $55 million to build a space habitat for deep-space exploration, including both the space within the moon's orbit and, eventually, Mars. The only catch: NASA has 180 days to show what it's going to be. It's a global space race to live on the moon. Around 26 nations want to figure out what that's going to look like. In the past, NASA has been a big fan of expandable, inflatable modules, like the ones made by Bigelow Aerospace.

For a while, the European Space Agency has been talking about the possibility of creating a base on the moon, using 3D printing for a large part of its construction. So far it’s been a lot of speculation, but this month the ESA reaffirmed that they are very serious about the plan. Ultimately, the ESA sees a moon colony as a stopping point in the mission to get humans to Mars and to further explore the rest of the solar system.

NASA has already contracted with Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and Bigelow to provide prototype domiciles for the Moon. NASA has also been provided funds by the Republican Congress to establish temporary domiciles in space. The race to the Moon is on!

Congress set aside $350 million for NASA for "exploration research and development," and of that figure, the Mars habitat is supposed to account for $55 million. Even though NASA finally has the scratch to throw money at research, it'll have to move pretty damn fast: The bill requires a status update by June 15, 2016 — 180 days after the bill passed. Fortunately, through what NASA is calling the Next Space Technologies for Explorations Partnerships, there are already contractors on the case. Bigelow Aerospace, creators of several inflatable habitats, Lockheed Martin, Boeing and others were awarded contracts for up to $1 million each to see if they can put together a feasible habitat for astronauts jetting into space.

Over the last several months, NASA has increasingly emphasized development of a habitation module that could be tested in cislunar space in the 2020s. That module could then be used for human missions to Mars that NASA hopes to carry out some time in the 2030s. The funding provided in the omnibus bill, as well as the direction to complete a prototype module by 2018, could force NASA to speed up those plans.
