Today, Monday, 12-08-03, in El Paso, the Sun @ 1158 hrs MST (transit time) was 8 d W of mag N. Sun cast N/S shadow at 1233 hrs. At Bldg mark, Sun reached the noon position at 1345 hrs.
Dec 8 SunSET in Kansas : 27 minutes LATE [1L]
Sunset is late. It is over cast, but it is daylight not dusk at this time. I wish I could see exactly how late, but horizion is obscured with cloud cover. I noted a significant change at 5:15. So this would be 27 minutes late, as sunset was to be at 4:48.
